Great environment. Clean facility. Like the webcams. Staff is very friendly. My dog is happy when he is picked up. I gave it a 9 out of 10 because I’ve only been there for about a week but so far so good!
I really like how they treat and respect our pets. Additionally, they have cameras, which provide transparency regarding their practices. I also appreciate that it’s a program where pets have activities throughout the entire day.
Dogtopia provides such a fantastic boarding experience for our dog Rusty! It’s more than just a place to stay, he gets attention, care, and a comfortable environment while we are away and can't take him with us.
The staffs are so amazing they all are so attentive and affectionate, they go above and beyond to make sure every dog is comfortable and happy. The facility is clean, secure, and clearly designed with dogs’ comfort in mind. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in a place where he’s not just looked after, but truly cared for. We are so grateful to have a place where we can trust for daycare and boarding for Rusty.

They are always kind and courteous always very helpful with my dog very understanding every time my dog comes there he has a great time we definitely recommend to other pet moms and dads to take their pet to Dogtopia
- Not enough engagement from the person watching the dogs with the dogs
- Not enough playtime with the dogs

- No communication of what they did in the day

Dogtopia Fisher’s always provides a warm welcome. As soon as my dog walks in the door, they greet her by name! Coco was always pulling at the leash excited to walk in Dogtopia and spend the day with her friends.

The facility is very clean and my dog comes home exhausted from a fun day each time he’s there. He wants to run in right when we pull into the parking lot.

The Dogtopia Upland team is incredible. They continue to work with our schedule and give wonderful and consistent attention to our pup (Akuma) and I just appreciate how much they care.
More specifically, I like the level of communication from the team. They notify me about grooming schedules, ask follow ups about our schedules, and send reminders. It’s clear by how excited Akuma is to walk in the door and see Crystal, or Alicia, or *especially* Mercedez that he loves being there also.
Our dog really loves the personalized attention and the friendly staff at dogtopia. She is always excited to go to daycare, or stay for boarding.

Staff are friendly and welcoming to owners and pets alike. Immediately they become familiar and welcoming of my pet. The in house spa service is also great. One stop shop.
I've recommended Dogtopia Evanston to several people. I like the separation of temperament and sizes. Your facility is flexible and easy to work with. Most importantly, the staff are kind people who take great care of our pup and she is always happy to go back to play with her friends, human and dog!
The staff is so amazing, the facility is immaculate and I have peace knowing my dogs are loved and cared for by the staff. Its great opportunity for my dogs to learn social skills and allow me to have peace at work and can observe them through dog cam.
