Staff is amazing – friendly genuine and having sincere love for dogs. I feel very at ease n leaving my pet with the staff.

Friendly staff, easy to book!
The dog carers are wonderful people, clearly care about our pets. They keep me in the loop on what has happened in the day. Our dog loves going to Dogtopia in Bethesda.
My dog has generally been very happy with her time there. We have been at Dogtopia in Towson for one year now. Recently, my dog has had a few tantrums, and the staff has informed me and worked with me to figure out what she likes/needs and how to make things better. I appreciated their willingness to work through the issue. It does seem like there have been a number of staff changes at the site, but things seem to have become more consistent again. I think the consistency is always helpful with animal care. Our family is very happy with Dogtopia and we always tell people about it when they ask.
I was not disappointed, I just have no idea how it went. Another place we took Buddy sent us photos and updates while he was there. I also think it’s a little strange the dogs never go outside (and 💩 inside). Another place automatically gave Buddy a bath, while with Dogtopia it’s an extra charge. I can see both arguments on that, but I think the indoor pooping made Buddy smell funny when we got him back. He is also a little withdrawn when we get him back, which I thought at first was because he was tired from all the play, but after this last time I’m not so sure that’s the case. Anyway, I appreciate the flexible booking and food that’s provided. There are positives, I just don’t know if Dogtopia is my first recommendation.

Zoey was there for boarding. She has also done daycare. Both services are wonderful. The staff is phenomenal.
They take very good care of my dog. They work with Mack who has anxiety and are very patient with him. All of the staff is great and treat his as if it was their own dog.

Everyone's personal interest in each dog!
The staff are exceptional!! Super sweet and dog loving people! Besides the winderful, traditional type of daycare setting, they offer multiple extras for your pup to participate in. Whether it's activities or brunch w/ their friends, they really go all out and I feel my dog is having a great time while she's there!
Louie loves to go there. He gets so excited in the car when he sees where we are going.
I have taken brought Louie in with short notice a few times and I also love the choices of days for treats for the doggies.🐾🐩🐾🐕🦺🐾🐕🐾🐶🐾

The entire staff is very friendly (and obviously love dogs!). I trust them to take good care of my dog. Our dog attends day care at least twice a week, and we have also boarded her twice. She has a wonderful time, and is exhausted at the end of the day. Thank you for your personal and very kind care!

All staff I've dealt with are very kind and helpful. I really appreciate the openess and transparency of their operation as shown in the play room web cams. Maisy seems to enjoy being there, and I welcomed receiving information about her stay there during her staycation.
