Friendly staff, cleanliness and fun safe environment for our pet!
Dogtopia is a great place to bring my lil doggie. He always makes friends and he needs that dog-to-dog time being the only pet in the house. I love how they have a variety of services too.
I have been a client of Dogtopia in the past in the Midwest. It was a positive experience for our doodle and decided to pursue Dogtopia for our newest member of the family. A repeat client is always a plus .
Scheduling flexibility, safe environment for dog
Everyone is so nice. They make me feel like it’s safe bringing my furbaby there.
The fee schedule continues to be impossible to understand without directly asking an employee upon drop off/pick-up. It is very unclear.

Very personal care for my dogs. Friendly and caring staff. I feel very good leaving them at Dogtopia. I've used grooming with Shelby and she does a great job too with both dogs. I have left one of my dogs several times for overnight stays, and he has seemed to love that. Because my pomsky is young, I appreciate that he gets to play hard and can exercise to the extent he needs. My other little dog is shy, but seems to be comfortable with the care he and attention he receives. The front desk staff is always friendly, and Stephanie is great keeping it all organized. I highly recommend Dogtopia near Maple and 156th.

Haven’t gotten back to me at all about a refund for double charging
You are always greeted with a smile. My fur baby is so exciting to go in. They offer great spa services. Home made healthy treats and recipes. I have visited a Dogtopia closer to work and didn't feel as welcome as I do in Fredericksburg. I recommend this Dogtopia to everyone.
That y’all just love our dogs! I’ve thought about switching daycares to save money but what I come back to is how evryone who works at Dogtopia actually care about my dog so we stay because I want her to be cared for.

Billie and Henry are always excited to go play with their friends and exhausted when we pick them up. The Dogtopia Team is great and we can tell they really care about our pups.
They are all about the dogs and can tell that they really love them. Highly recommend.
Love love love the people at Dogtopia Towson. Just sometimes seems like I’m not told when my dog gets into scuffles or has issues unless I notice it & bring it up.
How everyone treats our dog so well. And the webcams.
Being able to see my dog on webcam. Most importantly their detail to cleanliness. Ex: changing out water bowls instead of refilling the water. They also offer extras for your dog while in daycare
Friendly staff who give my pup all the cuddles and love in his second home
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming to the pup and the owner which I love. You can bring your own food without an extra charge, bring their bed or blanket, and even get the groomed.
Seeing my pup having a blast on the video camera is also a huge comfort to know that he's having a blast. Louie will be back to visit his friends again soon!
I love this place. The staff is great. They are professional, caring, and accommodating. I also love that I can watch my puppers on the cameras during the day. Its always a plus that they offer spa services as well <3
