Our dog loves going!
I like how friendly all of the staff are and how well my pet is cared for. He is so excited to go see his friends - sometimes he jumps out of the car before I can get his leash and walks himself in!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dogtopia! When I first brought Cali, my rescue pup, she was extremely sensitive to sounds, nervous around new dogs, and unsure of herself in group settings. She had a traumatic start to life, so I was really hoping to find a safe, supportive place where she could slowly come out of her shell.
From day one, the coaches and staff at Dogtopia were incredible. They were gentle, patient, and attentive to Cali’s unique needs. They didn’t force her to interact or push her boundaries, they let her warm up on her own timeline, which I so appreciated. The staff consistently communicated how she was doing, and that gave me so much peace of mind.
Now? Cali is thriving. She’s confident, social, and plays joyfully with the other dogs. She even follows the coaches around like a little helper! It brings me so much joy to see her tail up, her body language relaxed, and her personality shining through. Her transformation is a true testament to the care and structure Dogtopia provides.
I especially love how the playgroups are monitored and structured. I’ve seen coaches gently intervene when needed, help dogs find compatible playmates, and redirect overstimulation quickly. Cali’s behavior at home and in other settings has improved too…She’s more balanced, less anxious, and more playful overall.
Thank you, Dogtopia, for helping Cali blossom into the happy, secure dog she was always meant to be. We’re forever grateful.

We love Dogtopia in Upland!! We have 2 Shar Pei and they are generally non-social dogs. We started bringing them as soon as we could. They are thriving! They love coming and playing with all their friends! We did 6 weeks of training with Junior and he was just the best. He is so patient and understanding of the breed. Everyone at Dogtopia has been great! Super friendly and you know when you drop off your fur babies that they will be very well taken care of. I am so grateful for Dogtopia Staff! They simply are the best!!
I love the people that work there. My dog races to go into daycare every day. I appreciate the early morning drop off and late pickup.
The people who work here are really friendly and they do an awesome job looking after the dogs. They always have new and exciting games or food or dress ups for pictures for the dogs. My dog is very happy on dogcare days!

EVERYTHING!!! But #1 is definitely the people!!
The staff is very friendly and responsive. They handle my dog with the utmost care and responsibility and I love that because my dog is a little anxious around people he doesn’t know so well. I also love the fact that you can check on your dog via the camera and see them interact with other dogs and the staff. Our dog stayed multiple times overnight and we gave him his favorite toy and blanket to make him comfortable.
The crew/animal lovers know what they are doing.
From what I have seen they know how to take care of the dogs, play with the dogs and keep the area clean.

I have spoken to the manager about this. Making it right is terminating our agreement.
Last week two different days, the white boxer is jumping other dogs and no corrective action.

We did note that during previous visits, your pup became very excited when she was brought into the transition room beside the playroom, where we put on dogs’ leashes before they head home. This excitement caused her to urinate and then roll in it. Our team wiped her down with a wet wipe and a bit of doggie cologne to help freshen her up. A full rinse-down should have been done as she was leaving the facility, and we will be addressing this with our team. If you choose to return in the future, we would be more than happy to provide a complimentary rinse-down if she urinates as she leaving. We absolutely loved having her with us; she has such a sweet demeanor, and we truly wish you both all the best moving forward.

All of the staff members are so kind and helpful. If there were two people helping during peak drop off/pick up times to minimize the line, that would be really appreciated. thank you for taking such good care of my dog!
Everything!! How they greet Madison when we arrived in the morning. How theythey called me when Madison was bit on her nose. They called me when her nose started bleeding and recommended to take her to our vet. I couldn't get her in that Friday so I took her to Banfield in Pet Smart.
The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. They are more than willing and capable of answering any questions I have.

We love boarding our dogs at Dogtopia whenever we go on vacation. They are well cared for and the staff is great! The facility is always clean and orderly and the location is very convenient as well.
More outdoor space
I feel confident that my dog is safe while I'm away. I've seen them gently handle misbehavior over the Nest cameras which gives me confidence in their knowledge and abilities. Ever since I joined Dogtopia, I can go on vacation with a deep sense of ease that Sunny is well cared for, loved, and safe. And I love the daily photos!
