Lulu has the best time at the Longwood Dogtopia! The staff is amazing!! It has gotten so much better in the last few months.

I was told I could pick up my dog on Sunday the 30th at 7:00 Am I waited inside there was nobody there, at a little past 8:00am a girl showed up. I told her what happened she handled me the bag I had brought with his meals I had measured out. I asked her had he been fed and gotten his medicine she said yes , when I checked his bag he had not been given either. I also received an email that said a bath would be given it was not done . When she brought him out he smelled like crap. He's been extremely clingy since coming home and I had to clean him up. I don't want to be charged for a bath and will never use you again. I can only wonder what really happened while I was gone.
The people who work here are always just as excited to see my dog as my dog is to see them. It feels so good to know that when I have to work my dog is getting the love and attention I wish I could be giving her all day. It is an added bonus that my very busy dog gets to burn her energy during the day instead of staying in a crate. It helps her behavior so much the rest of the week to be able to play with her dog friends all day. I also really love that I can tune into the camera throughout the day to see how she is doing. It is adorable to see her chasing her buddies or lounging around on the climbing toys!

Literally every aspect.
This is the THIRD time now I’ve picked up my dog after he’s been there a few days and he has severe eye boogers with pink eyes. I can no longer take him to Dogtopia as every time I do it leads to a Vet visit.
Our dog, Rio loved being at Dogtopia! This was his first time to be boarded, and we will definitely be repeat customers.

I was very disappointed picking up our dog after spending 4 days at dogtopia Alamo ranch. He was wet which appeared that they possibly bathed him however he had a strong odor of urine. We immediately bathed him at home and the water in the bathtub was yellow from the urine dripping off of his fur. He was very lethargic wasn’t acting himself and ended up vomiting shortly after getting home. It took a couple of days for him to return to his normal activity level.
Samantha and Shawn are doing a fantastic job as Managers! Lucy is loved so much by everyone at Dogtopia and Lucy loves them so much too. Dogtopia continues to maintain a supportive and loving environment with lots of exercises.The Trainers and Staff work so hard and always remain calm and loving. Lucy can’t wait to go to Dogtopia.
Very friendly, attentive staffs. They are always on top of dogs' well-being. Love the fact that webcams are available. Also, there is an outdoor space that dogs can enjoy when the weather is good.
