My dogs are happy. I’m happy.
Safe and loving place with a caring team.
My dog was lethargic, had diarrhea and had no appetite when I retrieved him after 4 days. I had to take him to the hospital for an evaluation. I understand that there are many dogs being boarded at your facility and it may be difficult to give specialized attention. With that being said, I felt that my dog should have been more supervised besides the cameras. My dog being only 5 months, I give my dog all of my attention at home as an owner and would require that from a reputable boarding facility. Maybe at some point, you can develop a special supervision program that will require a special fee. Thank you.
My dog Benny loves to stay at Dogtopia …for the day or overnight. No worries for me and so easy to book his appointments. Highly recommend!

Thank you for not having "registration fees" and "sign up" fees and all kinds of hidden charges. It's refreshing and transparent.

Staff is the best.
Picked up the dogs at 7:30am on Monday morning. When dropping them off I did ask about baths for the dogs and if Sunday night or Monday morning was better for the bath. Well when I picked up the dogs Lake was covered in pee. I could smell it right away in the car. I thought maybe it was the blankets or beds again but this time it was one of the dogs. If I could smell it right away there is no way the people at Dogtopia didn’t smell her. I have tried to give this place second and third chances. I think maybe it’s time to move on.
Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable! Love the cameras so you can peek in on your pooch. My dog boarded 3 days and was very happy !

All went great with my 2 dogs. In the past (before Dogtopia) when they are unhappy they show it when I pick them up. They are always happy with Dogtopia.

It wasn't bad, but I do feel like I was "tricked" a little bit!
Pros: I loved the report cards! It felt like the staff put a ton of effort into them and it meant a lot. I also appreciated having the cameras, it was a nice level of transparency.
Cons: There were two issues I dealt with. I really found Dogtopia because I was interested in the spa treatment, but I feel like I was tricked into paying for daycare. I signed up for the meet and greet online (required for spa treatment), which says it takes about 1-2 hours. At the desk, I dropped off my dogs and was told I could "pick them up anytime after 2" (six hours after I was dropping them) and as late as 6. I came at about 5 and was charged for daycare, which I never really intended to do in the first place. So that was pretty frustrating and is honestly the primary reason I won't be returning. Secondly (and this is just genuine feedback), the SMS texts I was getting indicated a different appointment time (off by one hour) than the site and the phone call. Just as a heads up.
Everyone is very nice. Didn't feel like I was getting upsold everything. Overall a great experience.

We woulnt take Scout anywhere else, we love everything about Dogtopia of Denver Tech Center.
Convenient
My dogs love going to “school” and I love knowing they are safe and having a good time with their BFFFs. Peace of mind is key for me and knowing my boys are in climate controlled rooms and watched over people who are not only well trained but also genuinely care about the dogs gives me exactly that. I know the boys are safe while boarding as well and I’ve always appreciated the transparency from everyone there. The coaches are always happy to see my boys and it makes me happy to see how excited my boys are to see them as well.

I would like to request that more attention be given to the level of activity and care provided to the dogs. It is important that they are getting enough exercise, interaction, and overall engagement during their time in care.
Additionally, I have noticed that the dogs have a very strong odor when they are picked up. This raises concerns about their hygiene and whether they are being properly cleaned and maintained.
I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed to ensure the dogs are well cared for, active, and returned in a clean, healthy condition.

My dog loves it there! Whenever I watch the cameras, the staff is always attentive and properly supervising so it’s reassuring. Everybody’s so friendly. I cant tell you how happy we BOTH are to have found this place.

We love Dogtopia! Their themed days are so creative. The coaches really know our dogs and have such a good rapport with them. It’s obvious they love what they do. I always recommend Dogtopia to friends for daycare and grooming. We love Marina. She has a very loving way with our pups and does an excellent job job. We are happy to have Dogtopia!
