The team is friendly and responsive and clearly know our dog and his personality, indicating the degree of attention paid to him during daycare and boarding. He always comes home happy and healthy, and where I have had concerns in the past they’ve been immediately addressed.
The dogs are well taken care of. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If we could would put our Beau in more but being retired we can't thank you Dogtopia
Honestly the biggest issue is that it is not located close to where I live. I was nudged toward this location by the Memorial location for my dog and they did a good job with my pet. The other thing is that there was a pet owner that impatient with the staff not being at the front so they went into the back to get someone so they could retrieve their dog. My dog has not shown any change that is negative in their behavior since they came back.
Webcam when I'm missing my pup. They were willing to introduce our dog to other dogs while other boarders did not want to socialize given our lack of knowledge of how our adopted dog would interact with others. Lots of fun activities.

As a Realtor, I recommend Dogtopia to all my clients! I live on James Island and it's worth the drive for me to take Bosco to Summerville to stay with y'all. I have visited several daycares and they just don't measure up to yours. Your facility is clean, bright and cheerful and the staff is WONDERFUL.

Great staff and customer service in a convenient location. My dog is always happy and excited to go there...and sleeps like a log when he gets home which I enjoy :)
The staff really cares about the dogs and treats them like family. They are trained in dog behavior so that the dogs have a truly good experience. They group the dogs by size and play style so that there are no conflicts between the dogs. There are so many monthly special activities. The number one reason- my dog Lucky hates everything and he LOVES it there, often does not want to leave at end of day. I often board him and have no worries about his well being or if he will be happy during his stay.
We have experienced many daycares in different states and this place by far is the most caring and considerate place we have ever been to. They will genuinely take care of your dogs like theyre their own and go beyond to make sure all dogs are safe. This is definitely all due to the staff who works at the LIC dogtopia. We sincerely appreciate all the work you guys do. Thank you.
