The staff is extremely friendly and engaging. They obviously spend much time prepping for the dogs (treats) seem to be organized, and have a calendar of events. My dog seems very perky and happy when I come and pick him up. He never has a doggy odor when he comes home.
There are many dogs in the various play rooms, atleast when I have been there. I wonder what the ideal carrying capacity for each room.
I have absolutely no complaints, we appreciate the staff at Myrtle location endlessly
I love being able to watch my pup on webcams and then get a report card. I also like that you take off her collar and replace it with a break free one so that she/others don’t get injured and her collar doesn’t get destroyed. Having taken her to other daycares, I feel super comfortable leaving her knowing that you have a small staff:dog ratio and all staff and properly trained to keep the pups safe and engaged!

I will send a more detail email later, but I had two issues. One, both of my dogs were left in crates for hours on a Sunday due to a staffing issue. That is not what I pay for and is completely unacceptable. I had to call over and oved and email before I got a hold of anyone. Second, my vacation was interrupted by an email and text saying my dogs had run out of food, causing a panic on my end, only to be told it was a mistake after I reached out frantically to solve it. One of our dogs was on a diet, and has put on weight, leaving me to believe that food was incorrectly given and ran out due to mismanagement and then we were lied to about the "mistake." I am EXTREMELY frustrated and upset.
I would like a refund for part of the stay as these issues really impacted our vacation, have left us with concerns about the weight of one of our dogs, and we have previously had much better experiences with prior ownership.

We’re also very sorry for the confusion surrounding the food message you received. We understand how alarming that must have been, particularly with one of your dogs on a specific diet. Clear communication is important to us, and we’re reviewing our internal messaging process to help prevent that kind of mistake from happening again.
As for your concern about weight changes, we follow the feeding instructions provided and monitor dogs as best we can during their stay. We’re sorry if anything felt different when you returned, and we understand how that could add to your frustration.

We love everything! Super clean facility, caring and happy employees who truly love dogs...and it shows! Our little Westie can't wait to go in and play and is totally happy, and also worn out:), when we pick her up in the afternoon. Can't say enough good things about Dogtopia in Richardson.
My dog went for spa day. Got my appointment when I wanted it. The service was great. The technician did a great job and my dog was so clean and sweet smelling. And his teeth looked great!

We love Dogtopia we go once or twice a week and it helps us out tremendously by making Holly calmer for the week I know they’re expensive compared to other places yeah. Sure. But the value IS THERE. THE ASSOCIATES ARE THE TOP OF THE LINE.

I haven't seen it happen in a while but I know there were some cleaning issues when dogs would have less than solid poops which gave our dog Giardia multiple times. The management responded promptly when I brought it up and promised to talk to staff, though, so I still think very highly of the place!

Do something with the dogs instead of just letting the lay around all day. My dog comes home with just as much energy as she had when she left. For the money there should be some sort of interactive games or something that would engage the dogs.

I have always liked Dogtopia of Chester Springs but with the recent changes ( assume a change in management) I am even happier with them. The staff appear to really care about the pets, the lobby is more organized and clean now then previously. My only wish is that the dogs would be able to have more outdoor time.
