Hanks is always so excited when we enter the doors. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. It is apparent Hank is well taken care of when we pick him up.
Staff
Truly I love everything about Dog Topia. From treat days to lil parties, crafts and photos we receive. The staff and management go above and beyond for our dogs. My lil Hope loves going to play . They have a great groomer in place and she Always does a great job on my lil girl.
Exceptional love to every dog from every employee. The care they give is simply amazing.
Great staff, very friendly.
The personal service. They're always happy to see us when we come in. I trust their supervision and opinions of my dog's behavior. The staff are always happy and helpful.

My girls love going to Dogtopia of Sun City-Summerlin. They are so well taken care of and loved by the employees. If they weren't happy, I would not be bringing them there for the last 1 1/2 yrs! I like that they provide activities for the pups, daycare services, spas, and boarding.
Not really disappointment. Just nothing for dogs to do but walk around. I wish there was play equipment for the
dogs to climb/jump on. And more time outside, although obviously weather dependent. I like to bring the dogs there because it’s a change of scenery.
I DO think the pricing is tricky. I brought my dogs at 9 in the morning. I picked them up at 2:05 and was charged for full days for both dogs, even though you’re not allowed to pick up between 12-2 due to naps. I don’t think that’s fair.
Dogtopia at Hickory Plaza never lets us down in taking care of Yosemite. Always a pleasure to entrust our puppy to such kind and wonderful people.

You guys are amazing ! I love how you care for Rose and looked after her while there with her healing leg injury. You guys really love the animals and it shows!

Poppy was so happy when she came home from Daycare! The staff was very friendly and her groom was also perfect.
I love the people at this location and even more important is that my dog loves the dogs AND the people here! In the "real world", my dog has a little bit of stranger danger with Nervous Rescue pup tendencies, but he's grown to love everyone here and I'm so pleased with them! He even loves the groomers!!
I like everything about Dogtopia. Starting with the caring and most welcoming staff. The spacious areas for big dogs and little dogs. The Spa treatments available. The daily snack offerings. The diverse celebrations for the dogs. I am very pleased and highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone who wants extra special care for their pups.

All the staff was wonderful! This was my first time using the Blackhawk facility as I’m from out of town. I would certainly return and recommend the Blackhawk Dogtopia to friends. It was a great experience and I felt that my dog was well taken care of.
Clean, fun environment. Coaches are GREAT!! I have a friend who now brings her dog and they both love Clifton Park Dogtopia too!!!
Ability to drop off early. Everyone is fantastic and very accommodating. You can tell they really love dogs.
