I really like the flexibility of drop off and the web cameras which allow me to check in on my dog.
New to the dog daycare experience. Front desk was well run. My dog had a great time and got rid of lots of puppy energy. He's at a stage where the whole world fascinates him and this gives him the opportunity to meet the world.
Very friendly staff. Large videos of playroom. Dogs are very happy.
Everyone is very friendly, and my dog comes home exhausted.
So many Activities, choices for our dogs and the care shown towards them.
I love the fact that they take a special interest in my dog, Rizzo, and seem to treat her like one of their own. She loves the staff, almost more than the dogs. I know she’s well taken care of, and having a great time. I have also boarded her there, and I know I don’t have to worry about a thing.
Murphey loves his days at Dogtopia. He comes home totally worn out after his day of play. All the employees know him, and treat him very well.
I fell very confident when I drop him off that he will be safe and will have a great day.

We went through three groomers before we found Dogtopia and we couldn’t be happier. Their price point is right on. Our two girls always come home fluffy clean, and happy looking. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean.
I think you watch over the dogs while they are playing to make sure they are safe and having a good time. The staff is friendly and always makes us feel welcome.
Groomer Jennifer does an amazing job and truly loves my dogs.
I am greeted at the door and my dogs are treated like royalty.
If there are any concerns when boarding they have contacted me immediately.

This is such a wonderful place! I am so grateful for Dogtopia because they care so much about each pet and treat them as their own. They always pay close attention to every pup and give them naps and breaks which is wonderful for a hyper dog like ours. I can trust them when we go on vacation and it helps us to enjoy our time away instead of worrying. This is the best place in KC hands down.
People seem to be very knowledgeable of dogs. Place is very clean and like that I can see my dog on my phone. Skylor did a great overview for me.

Early drop off and late pick up really help with my work schedule. The employees do a great job and are super friendly.

Dogtopia has good grooming services.
My dog is a rescue and is somewhat shy around other dogs. She doesn't really care about playing with other dogs, but she's comfortable with the dogs in daycare. The daycare room is calm, but also allows dogs that want to play a safe environment.
I like the webcams, and when I check, I can see that the dogs are always supervised.
My dog loves it there and shows it!

My dog loves other dogs so I can think of no better place for my dog to board. At a traditional boarding place she’d be isolated in her own separate space. And it’s true that at a traditional boarding place it might be less expensive than Dogtopia. But my dog would be board and miserable at a traditional boarding place. So if you factor in how there’s so much more socialization at Dogtopia, then Dogtopia’s price is actually a great deal. At Dogtopia she’s actively socializing for 12 hours a day. And there’s webcams so that I can check on my pup all during the day.
Dogtopia is very clean. The employees really care about each dog.
It would be nice for the human to get a tour of the facility, it would also be nice to see the enrichment activities on camera. And the webcams are nice but the angles make it hard to really see. Would be nice to have the ability to zoom in at least.

Everything wxcept camera doesn’t work. I asked about it several times
My dog was either in the crate or standing alone in the corner. The person in the room was just staring at the camera, I don’t know if they can tell who watches, but it just felt kinda creepy. Then when I asked why my dog had to be crated (which I understand happens, it’s just helpful to know what happened) they weren’t sure why she was crated. It just left a sour taste, but I’ve otherwise had okay experience with Dogtopia
