Everyone there seems friendly. When I have had questions, they call back with answers that I feel are “real” and not just a pacifier type response. I love the cameras. I can check in on my dog. Just wish there was a dogtopia closer to Delmar.
The staff is very friendly, helpful and caring. My dog LOVES being at Dogtopia Yorktown, and it is run very efficiently. My dog has learned dog socialization skills, and gets good exercise while in daycare. I recently boarded my dog for 4 days and 3 nights and it worked out great. I have used the grooming services many times and I am very pleased. I'm so glad I found Dogtopia for my dog.

I had to come back for food and water bowls.
Waited for pick up and the reaponse was not great.
It seemed there was an emergency and only two staff members there.
That was concerning
I requested a bath but that did not happen

Friendly staff and clean facility
Our dog has been attending Dogtopia since he was old enough for doggie daycare. Last month - I switched jobs & it was going to be a 45 minute commute to continue bringing him there. We switched & almost immediately - we saw changes in our dog. He cried when we would arrive at his new daycare & most recently refused to get in the car. We knew something was wrong. This week he went back to Dogtopia. When we got there & he saw where we were - he started jumping to get out of the car. He literally ran in the daycare when we started walking in. We are so very happy that our fur baby is happy again. It is such a relief going to work. Thank You to the owner, Hilary & her AMAZING staff.

I like that the staff love seeing my dog. They determine what area is best for him depending on his mood that day. He comes home clean and they are able to board him when things come up in my schedule that are unexpected.
We love bringing our dog to dogtopia for play dates and for boarding. We know he is well taken care of. We can check in throughout the day on the webcams. He gets indoor and outdoor playtime weather permitting. The staff in the room with the dogs are very good about controlling the various energies and keeping all the dogs happy.
