The staff is so friendly and clearly cares about the pups. The area for the pups is very organized and clean. My pup had fun and we will be returning soon.
Everyone is so friendly. I love being able to watch my dog on the webcams while I’m out of town. And when he came home from boarding, he was exhausted! I know he had so much fun!
I scheduled a meet & greet over the phone, but two days later, they said they didn’t have the appointment set. Seemed to be miscommunication but they still got my dog in.
I love that dogs spend the majority of the day playing. My dog comes home tired every time.

The staff is super friendly, and scheduling an appointment using the app is awesome. I love being able to check in on my pup via the webcam during boring meetings too!
The first time we scheduled a groom we loved the results and it made us book again, second time was just a spa appointment (bath, brush, teeth, ears etc) but were disappointed upon pick up.
It didn’t really appear she was fully dried, and upon taking her home was apparent she hadn’t been brushed out either. And lifting her tail etc still saw she was still dirty . Staff etc are all lovely and nice but inconsistency with grooming/spa was disappointing especially considering the cost .

They treat my dog like she is their own. It is such a happy place and the people are just exceptional. They are so kind and helpful and truly love what they do. I am a very particular dog mom, but I have no reservations about leaving Sophie with Dogtopia in Overland Park. I would give them 20 stars out of 10!
My miniature dachshund Celia loves going to 'camp'! She favors the human staff members and often follows them at their heels in the Beach room. We're trying to get her to interact more with other small dogs. We are confident for her care. It gives us time for other daily activities. Celia comes home tired and ready for her dinner. Thanks for taking good care of her.

The hours are very doable, the staff is caring and responsible. My dog looks forward to her doggie daycare day and so do I. I don't have to hurry home from my errands.

Rain Rain go away - oh wait, Enzo can still go to Dogtopia and play! When it's too wet outside for a walk or a romp at the park Dogtopia's safe and supervised indoor play is the perfect place for our pup's rainy day stay!

Dogtopia of South Ann Arbor excels in their fast and clear communication. Everytime I drop Rami off for boarding or daycare I know I can trust their staff. Rami is always groomed very well and he is always happy!
Everyone there is kind to both the people and the dogs. They go out of their way to make sure your dog has a wonderful and safe experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a place for their four legged family member for a few hours or days.
