The staff is always kind and sweet to my puppies. They also work hard to accommodate my needs, especially on short notice.

My dog enjoys the socialization and is always exhausted when he comes home. A tired dog is a happy dog! The staff is very kind and supportive. Always a clean environment.
More communication regarding fees would be very useful. Especially fees not plainly outlined on the company’s website.
Also more training with staff on proper ways to redirect fur babies. I don’t believe using a wet mop should be appropriate to use to redirect dog’s behavior.
Staff are great with animals and friendly. Also they answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable trusting them with my beloved pet!

Within the first 2 hours of being there, my dog was bitten on the face. I did not have access to the cameras, so had no idea what took place aside from the call (which I do really appreciate.) I was given access to the cameras a few hours after that call. Upon watching the live footage, it appeared that there was only 1 person in a room full of over 20 large dogs. The one girl, though I’m sure she was overwhelmed, did seem to be a bit rough in her corrective approach. I am by no means a dog trainer, but I do volunteer with large dogs at a local rescue and attend monthly trainings. None of what I saw seemed to be what I have been taught and found effective. Once I observed the girl aggressively grab my dog’s face, I asked my fiancée to pick him up as soon as she finished her last meeting of the day. I really wanted to love the experience, but it left me highly anxious and sad for my rescue pup who has already endured far more abuse and trauma than any dog ever should. If the 2 staff members I met at the meet and greet and the gentleman who called me had not been so kind and lovely, i probably would have given 1/10. If you are open to opinions of how to make this daycare better, I would highly encourage better staffing ratios and more cognitive stimulation for the pup other than just walking around the room all day.
Friendly and clean
Our Priscilla was a rescue. She was on the euthanasia list. She had been so abused she trusted no one. After about a year she was turning into the best did and we wanted her to socialize with other dogs. Dogtopia completely understood and she has done great. We have recommended them to a few people and they love them too.
The Tempe location and its associates are some of the best. They're very attentive and understanding especially of a dog as complicated as my dog Scooby moo. They're always making sure to keep me and my wife in the loop of anything that goes on. I wish all the Dogtopia locations were like the Tempe location.
Our dog Kevin was comfortable there and his sister Marvel goes there as well.
Love the passion of the people who work there and how they treat the dogs. They are so kind and loving, and they are a great team.
