Everyone at Dogtopia of Norwalk is amazing, and have been great to our dog, Teddy. They always take great care of him when he goes there, and it has become a home away from home for him. I always get great feedback for how Teddy behaves each day, and I love how engaged everybody is with all the dogs. It’s an amazing place. Thank you so much for all of your help with Teddy!

Just wow!! From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredible. The rovers and runners were so helpful, attentive, and full of positive energy—it’s obvious they truly care and keep everything moving smoothly.
The front desk staff deserves huge praise. I can’t say enough about how detailed, sharp, and dialed in they are. They run everything with the precision of Mozart composing a masterpiece—every note in place, every detail perfectly timed, and everything flowing effortlessly. Nothing gets missed.
And the canine coaches…they’re like Picasso in motion. True artists at work, reading every dog’s personality, balancing the playroom, and creating a safe, fun masterpiece of energy and harmony every single day. Watching them work is honestly impressive.
This team operates on another level. Professional, caring, organized, and talented from front to back. Absolutely top-tier experience.
The staff is so good with the dogs, and my dog is happy and exhausted at the end of the day.
I like the option of my two dogs sharing a place for boarding, good communication with the team, nice grooming and the webcams are appreciated. They have been flexible when we had to extend the stay due to a medical emergency that caused us to be delayed on our return by several days.

The staff is very friendly, answered all of our questions, and took excellent care of our elderly dog. Our dog came home happy and content which hasn’t been the case with other facilities. This is definitely our new home for doggy daycare and boarding.

We mainly use Dogtopia for boarding and that's been very good. My only complaint is the website - it's got way too much advertising and self-promotion to the point I can't easily locate the forms required when I drop our dog off. Please try to make it more user friendly.
Very accommodating to change in my schedule. Recently I was hospitalized and staff kept my dog overnight which I so appreciate. My daughter flew in next day and told them about me and they couldn’t have been more receptive in making her and my dog less anxious.I in turn was able to focus on my recovery knowing my dog was well taken care of. Thank you Norwell staff. They are the best!!!

We love Dogtopia so much. Everyone there is so kind and caring and my pup Brody always comes home tired and happy. He leaps out of the car when we bring him. They even send fun pictures when they dress him up for certain holidays. It’s the best!
My dog has been going here for 3 years. The staff turnover is really low, they have told me on numerous occasions that they love their jobs, and it’s clear they love the dogs. My dog developed separation anxiety this year and Scott in particular worked really hard to help her work through it. I appreciated that extra love because mornings are super hectic but he took the time to stay with her until she felt confident.
Friendly staff that care about your dog's time in their care. Dog always comes home tired from a day of play.

I love bringing my then pug puppy to daycare. She has gotten so much exposure to other dogs and her socialization skills are so much better. I don't know if she's excited to be there or not but she sure is tired when I pick her up.
