They always greet us by name. They clean several times a day, always having dedicated days for the dogs, pancakes, pictures, birthday celebrations, etc. I’ve tried several other doggy daycares of the years, and Dogtopia always stands out from the others.
I have a very shy, scared, and timid puppy-mill rescue dog. The staff at Dogtopia DTC have welcomed her and made her feel safe while understanding that she doesn't know how to "dog." They give her space to just walk around and explore and come to them when she is ready. She has learned to walk up to humans when we are on the trail at home and she's slowly understanding that the world is not so scary. Our goal is to someday see her wag her tail. I think that being at Dogtopia on Saturdays has helped her meet all types of different dog personalities and her confidence increases every time we meet a new dog.
Super friendly staff. It is so obvious they love our 4 legged family members. This makes it easier to leave them knowing they are loved.
The owner is fantastic. Great communication and follows up with me directly if/when needed. My dog loves going and they always have room for boarding. The staff is great and I can tell they genuinely love dogs.

Everyone is so friendly and they really do care about my dog. When my dog was injured and had surgery, they sent me an occasional text message to check on her and let us know they missed us!
Dogtopia is a home away from home for our little dog Jax. Bree and Destiny at Dogtopia in Halcyon have been amazing scheduling vacations and last minute trips to allow Jax to come to his favorite place when we travel. We always know that he will be safe and happy when he stays at Dogtopia Halcyon. So glad we found this place years ago and so blessed to have an amazing staff at Dogtopia that loves Jax as much as we do.
Treat our dog with kindness and caring and respect and love. Couldn’t ask for more for a child or dog or pet or whatever.

The people who work there are positive and caring. There is excellent supervision and the place is very clean. Also, we love the flexibility in scheduling. We were nervous to leave our dog for the first time, but clearly she had a wonderful time! The socialization she's getting is very valuable and we will continue to take her there.

Susan and her crew are the best! They are always loving on our little pitty Villy!! She cannot wait to go on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

My dog loves going there! She doesn’t want to leave at night and can’t wait to get there in the morning. People there are awesome.
I just boarded my two dogs for 9 nights. My only regret was that there was no outside access the entire time. I understand this is the policy, but after having really thought about leaving my dogs there for that length of time, I might consider options that do provide this.
There was also a communication issue amongst the staff and the feeding directions/requirements were not followed, resulting in running out of the food I provided early.
I love the staff and how much they care
For my dog. The cameras give me peace of mind knowing I can pop in and check on him.

The staff and the facility is top tier!
We usually take our two dogs to Dogtopia for the Spa days. They always do a good job bathing them and brushing them, as well as a few other things. However, the last time we were there we were asked point blank if we wanted to tip. This was awkward. We are seniors on a fixed income and are feeling the crunch of rising prices like everyone else. I felt pressured to tip so I did, but we did not like being verbally asked to do so. Otherwise we do like the service and will continue to take our dogs there when we can.
