Not sure how well trained associates are re dog behavior. Transitions do not seem to be managed well.
They are very transparent and professional, and you can really tell that they genuinely care about the dogs. I felt comfortable leaving my dog in their care, knowing she was being treated with kindness and attention. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a daycare they can trust!
The staff was very friendly and seemed to really care about their clients. The prices are also very fair.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and the staff are very attentive to the dogs, making sure they are playing and getting along well. My dog comes home absolutely exhausted from playing! Thank You!!
The staff are so kind and care about the dogs. I know my Pomski loves to stay at Dogtopia, and I'm always confidant that he's getting good care. I've been using Dogtopia for years, and will continue. I use the grooming part of the facility as well, and appreciate the compassion and care she has shown my dogs. One of them had become difficult to groom as he aged, but Shelby took him anyway. The desk staff take the time and care to discuss special needs or concerns and give great reports on how my dog did at daycare or overnight. I could go on, but I hope this let's you know how much I appreciate the care my dog(s) have received.
Very friendly staff .... bright and clean there.... great hours..... love watching the webcams.... and best of all is that my pup really loves it and comes home happy and worn out from a super fun day of playing!!

I like that Dogtopia provides a safe, fun, and caring environment for my pup. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and I feel comfortable knowing my dog is well taken care of while getting plenty of socialization and playtime. I also love that you can check the cameras throughout the day and see how your pup is doing—it gives me extra peace of mind!
We had such a wonderful experience with Dogtopia. The staff was friendly, attentive, and it was clear from the start that they truly love and care about the dogs they look after. I felt completely comfortable leaving my dogs knowing that they would be good hands. I highly recommend them and definitely will be using them again!

Having so many dogs in a room, with one attendant could make a potential problem. Less dogs in a room.
Clearer pricing information. The "package" deals need to be explained that they are only for daytime not overnights.

Our Husky Layla enjoys her trips to Dogtopia in South Elgin. This is her regular "spa" day to get cleaned up trimmed and clipped. They always are friendly and take care of us!

They take good care of my princess.
I love to see my baby happy when ever she goes they're too play with her furry friends.
And that they take care of her while she's there safely. And i like to make sure i can watch her on camera, that is when there working correctly.
Easy access, hours of operation, availability, cleanliness, and very nice staff.
Very caring staff, certainly seem to enjoy the dogs and show great affection towards them.
Very comfortable leaving our puppy with them as well as overnight.
