Have made two appointments since joining Dogtopia as Reagan 's(My dog) desired grooming spot and every time we have been absolutely pleased. This time we try something new and got her nails trimmed down since they were getting a little bit excessive, along with just getting a deep clean and not only did she smell amazing. She also seemed to enjoy her experience there as it didn't look like she really wanted to leave her new friends, they were cordial and nice and even let us know how she did.
Overall, I am extremely pleased and we'll be continuing them from now on 10/10

The staff is always very friendly with me and very affectionate with our 2 big babies. I like the fact our pups get to interact with other dogs in a safe environment.
Everything offered by Dogtopia is top notch. Their staff care about all the pups that come through the door. Their spa services are wide ranging and very reasonable. My dog always comes home happy and tired. When I travel, I know he is in very good hands while I’m gone

I’m grateful that the team takes such good care of my dog. Raeann the front desk supervisor is phenomenal and extremely helpful.
The people that work there are amazing very out going.. if there's a issue or concern they take the time to listen or call you..there really good with my dog ,I have never had any issues since my dog has been going there... she's loves being there..I love the activities,treats, socialization, playtime, Nap time for her,most of all I like watching her on video cam..

The staff seem kind and the facility has video cameras so you can observe how it’s going for your dog.
I was charged $80 to brush out a shorthair small dog, the same as my large shorthair dog. I thought that was a bit extreme for a small dog.
Very helpful service in an easy to reach location, with helpful staff. Only wish is that the webcams were available on weekends.
We love the Waco groomer! The daycare was good this time. We had a rocky start in the beginning but I decided to trust them since we are so impressed by the care my dog gets during his monthly grooming.
The people! They are so kind to our dog and really fun to talk with when I pick her up. I trust them implicitly with our little girl.
Attendants are very careful with dogs. My dog Thelma enjoys her time here and with the various attendants and dogs in the gym. Staff are always on time or early for my 6am drop off and bring Thelma out quickly when i arrive for pickup. Had a minor issue with a full daycare charge when it should have been half day. You corrected the error immediately and credited my account. When I submitted the updated vaccination data for Thelma the day before her last visit attendant updated record immediately and sent me a confirmation when completed. I would make one recommendation for consideration. Thelma is getting older and half days work best for her and for my schedule. I would like to see a discount package for multi half days during the week similar to the one offered for full day.
