Friendly knowledgeable staff
They look over the dogs to make sure they have not received any serious wounds from playing too hard.
Edmond Dogtopia is outstanding! Our pups (3) enjoy going there as much as we love taking them there when we have to go out of town. The staff is so professional and kind!

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. When we bring Piper and she gets so excited before we even get to the door, she knows where we are!! We are able to call with a short notice and get daycare or overnight easily. Also I love the webcams. I get a big smile being able to see her.

Gracie looked fabulous when she was done. Not thrilled with her ears but this was the first time. Staff is friendly and professional. Store appears clean and smells great. Easy to get a convenient appointment.
Pick up and drop off from the car. A real sense of welcome and of care for my pet. Special events from time to time possibility for grooming if needed.
All of the workers know the dogs names. The place is always clean.
The people who work there seem genuinely to like dogs. And my dog’s behavior tells me that he likes going there.

I’m guessing management has created an environment in which staff are happy to work. It shows up in fun ways and in their affection for the dogs. They are conscientious about dogs, being vaccinated and any aggressive behavior manage safely. I feel confident leaving my dog and she’s excited to walk in the door.
We have been customers of Dogtopia Clarksville off and on for at least 15 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. More importantly, they all are competent and really care about our dogs. A number of times over the years they have noticed health issues that we have missed.
Our dogs are happier, better socialized and healthier because of Dogtopia.
I would like the dogs to be out of their crates for longer. Maybe only give them 30 minutes to eat and rest. I want my puppy to get more exercise and he hates being crated .

Dogtopia in general and especially the Conroe North branch is a great place to take your pups. Unfortunately, one of my pups had a medical emergency while I was out of town and the people at Dogtopia, went way above and beyond the call of duty to make sure she was given the best care and love in what ended up being her final day. Chelsea and Isabelle deserve to be given extra credit as well as the entire crew there. Would 1000% recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a family to take great care of your pups
