When I was watching web cam in the morning hrs, the young boy with red hair ignored dog poop on the floor and dog pee! He walk over it and it took him 20” to finally clean up.
Also the dog water bowl was empty and he never gave them water. One dog was scratching the water bowl. Also he sprayed some dogs for no reason.
Providing receipts with a clear statement of services and costs. I have never gotten a receipt even though I asked for them.
Nice clean facility. Excellent staff. Friendly, professional and great with the dogs.
I like everything about Dogtopia. It's appears all the dog handlers love the animals and are caring. I only wish there was more webcam time on the site when we are away.
We were traveling with our dog to Louisville and needed day care for our Sheepadoodle. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. Our dog loved going there. She played all day for 3 days while we were there for the St. James art show.
Kelly is the best. She always does a great job with Sadie's cut & spa. Sadie always looks great when she's done. 🩷
Staff members are very professional and courteous.
My dog seems well care for however during last visit there seems to have been some overcrowding. My dog came back very dirty and smelling like urine. I will be more mindful the next time I board and make sure it is not during fall break. It appears that the two staff members attending to the dogs could not keep up the housekeeping.

The staff are amazing! They help me train my puppy and work with her on her behaviors. AND THE SPA TOO!!! They call me when her nails are long to cut them!!! They are so helpful. I love it:)
Be more clear from the start about daily fees please, especially when it comes to half day rates. Other than that, my dog benefitted from his short time at Dogtopia and I am happy with how he was treated. He seems more sociable with other dogs now. Thank you.

You probably CANNOT make things right because you would have to completely change your policies. We dropped our dog off around 12 noon and picked her up 3:15pm - 3:30pm. I loath the fact that you crate the dogs from 12n to 2pm. It’s the single biggest reason I don’t use your services more frequently! I would love to bring her more often but not if she is going to be crated. What’s the point. Also, yesterday, the lobby had a terrible stench in it. It does not speak well for cleanliness. Is this a place I should be trusting the care of my dog too?
We use grooming as my dog doesn't do well at daycare. The groomer does a great job and we are very satisfied.
I have a very energetic Welsh Terrier and sometimes he needs some quiet time. It’s been a challenge to find the right level of play and rest. But Dogtopia respects the breed and Rocket is loved by all. I love that they worked with me to find the the best balance for my beloved dog.
The staff members are always welcoming and receptive. I’ve seen firsthand how they treat their customers and have great understanding as well as respect for the individuality of each family and/or person who use(s) Dogtopia for their furbabies cares and needs.
