The employees are very friendly and welcoming. They always remember my dog's name. They get us in and out real quick to get to work or home in a timely manner.
The staff are brilliant!
The online cameras are not good. It’s hard to see in some rooms and they always cut out (not at the lunch time) also, the cameras sometimes get turned off early or get turned back on until an hour after they are supposed to

I would like to see a room for dogs 20lbs and under. The dogs simply walk around and are discouraged from playing as they may get too rough. Perhaps a division by size would allow them more freedom
Make sure my puppy gets water and human attention. Add a trainer to the supports.

Everyone that works at Dogtopia are very nice and professional. Our dog loves going there.
Everything!! The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. Even when you can tell there’s a lot going on, they demonstrate patience and care. It’s a bit like kindergarten — celebrating birthdays, holidays, even sunny days! Even though there’s a scheduled “nap time”, my dog comes home worn out from playing and socializing with his dog buddies and getting lots of exercise. They offer a variety of plans to serve everyone: Mon - Fri, 2 days or 3 days/week and overnight boarding stays. Did I mention the groomers? Full grooming services are offered by appointment. (Shoutout to my favorite, Jenny!) My doodle & I love Dogtopia!

Well, Banjo, our dog, absolutely LOVES this place! Every morning he waits by our door, jumps in the car, and when we get there, runs straight through the door and practically bangs it down to get in and play!!
Aside from that very important detail (a happy, excited pup says everything!), we love the peace of mind knowing he’s so well taken care of. The team does an incredible job communicating with us about Banjo’s day, and they go above and beyond with fun meals, themed days, and little touches that make it feel so special.
It truly feels like they treat every dog like their own. We adore the owners and staff, they’re warm, attentive, and genuinely love what they do. And as a bonus, we’ve even gotten to “meet” and love Banjo’s friends too!
This place isn’t just dog daycare, it’s a whole community. An extended family. We couldn’t recommend it more!!!

My dog Heidi girl seems to be very happy there. Have seen her on video several times… she is well taken care of and gets plenty of exercise because she certainly is worn out when I get her back hone. I appreciate all the love and attention she gets. Very kind staff.
I like that the coaches know my pup’s name and always greet her by name when she arrives. I also like that they are attentive to her need sometimes for a little extra rest. I love the craft projects. But mostly I love how much joy going to daycare brings to my pup. She is always so happy when she arrives! It makes me feel comfortable leaving her there.
Love the playrooms and the attention the dogs receive from the employees.

The staff are clearly dog lovers and that comes through with how well they interact with our furry friends.
They are great with giving updates on how well my puppy is doing, who she plays with and how the day went.
I appreciate their responsiveness and the bond they’ve formed with Millie. She is always happy to arrive at daycare, which puts me at ease and I am secure, knowing that she is getting great attention, stimulation and care.
The staff are all very nice and they know Tia and welcome her as soon as she walks in. She always seems like she has had a really fun day. I feel good about her time there.
Very flexible, my dog is always excited to meet the very friendly, very accommodating staff which makes me know she likes going
