Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Love everything about Dogtopia and their wonderful staff. They took such great care of my little Ren. He has a seizure disorder and they called me right away when he had a seizure and kept him close and safe. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My dog got kennel cough and nose injury. The 2 times I visited the suite was dirty. For 2 days in a row. First day they had an excuse that the suite was mostly vacant so it wasn’t cleaned but they had dog hair all over the second day they said the same thing but in a different section. It was dirty because it was recently used. Either way they didn’t clean the suites.
The staff is fantastic. Tucker comes back happy .

The workers are very caring and loving to our animal with them I don’t have to worry when I’m away. I can count on them that my pet will be well taken care of.
The last 3 or 4 times we’ve picked him up from day camp he smells like urine! The staff used to use doggy wipes on him before bringing him out. It’s very frustrating bringing him home in the car and house smelling like that! I know there are a lot of new people there but we expect the old great service. Pretty disappointed right now.

All of the staff are incredible! They are both professional and friendly. Their love of the dogs is evident in by the kindness they show the animals.
The staff is very polite and friendly. They know every dog by name. Copper loves going there.
Our dog seemed extremely stressed or was sick when I picked him up. Brought a. Full chicken to mix with his dry food as he is sensitive. They either fed some of it to other dogs or ate it themselves. Because it was only four days and he is a 20 pound dog. Dogtopia did come recommended to me by a friend so that’s why we tried it but I think they’re not set up to handle every dog situation. First name removed.
It means so much to have a trusted place I can board my dog! He seems to be comfortable at Dogtopia and he's an anxious guy that doesn't get along with many people 🙂
My dog was happy and energetic when I picked him up from his three day boarding. The free bath promotion was much appreciated. Lainie, the front desk, and the groomers are always friendly and helpful.

The staff here is so nice and helpful, and my dogs absolutely love coming to daycare. They’re always treated with the utmost care and respect. The facility is super clean, and overall it’s such a fun place for them. Highly recommend!
