I use Dogtopia in Evanston severeal times when I come to visit my son. They have always taken care of Izzie and remember her.
I'm confortable with boarding her and going there fir the day to play with the other digs.

Employees are friendly and professional. I like that I have the options for daycare, boarding, and baths all in one spot. And my dog loves Dogtopia! She gets so excited when she sees that we're approaching the facility.
The staff is very helpful, courteous and kind. Every time we visit, Dante our 5 year old Cavalier is so excited as soon as we park outside the building.

The Brick location cannot seem to get anything right. I made an appointment for a bath and nail trim, the appointment was approved for 8:30 am. I arrive a few minutes early and tell the staff member that I’m a bit early, and that my dog is only here for a bath and nail trim. She looked at me confused, and I asked about how long it would be as the app only indicated an hour. She said a bath and nail trim would definitely be 2 hours but she didn’t have anyone there to bath him until 9 am. I told her the appointment was for 8:30 and I left him with her, I received a call 20 minutes later confirming if I wanted a bath because the appointment in the system only showed a nail trim. I said I booked him for a bath and nail trim, the employee said that was fine and they would see me at 11:30. When I arrived at 11:30 to pick up my dog the staff checked me out and told me how well he did. When they brought him out I didn’t notice at first but he was bleeding, he hopped in my car and there was bright red blood all over my leather seats. I ran back inside and asked for a paper towel or tissue to clean up and stop the bleeding if possible. The staff asked which foot was bleeding and they seemed to know that there was an issue. I should’ve been told at checkout that they clipped a nail too short. He bled all the way home and continued to bleed for sometime after that. I was able to get it to stop but later on that night it reopened and he bled on the couch, the rug, and all over the floor. I was able to get the bleeding to stop again but then spent my night cleaning up all the blood. Not being informed about this prior to checking me out seems as though they quickly trimmed his foot and then brought him out to me which is careless. There was a lot of blood, I find it hard to believe he wasn’t bleeding in the back. I’ve had issue after issue and I am beyond frustrated. I’ve been overcharged, mischarged, had my complimentary days disappear from my account and have had no one reach out to correct it other than the store manager who couldn’t fix it. Assuming I won’t hear from anyone about this either. I should not have been charged for the nail trim at the very least. I loved Dogtopia when they first opened and raved about it, now I complain and tell everyone to not go there.
Everyone is so friendly and is so amazing with Delilah! You all helped me out in an emergency when I was ln the hospital for a week and called last minute thank thank thank you from the bottom of my heart

The people. They clearly love animals and treat them well throughout the day. Desk staff- the friendliest ever and personal. They get to know each owner and dog.
