We appreciate the friendliness of the staff, the convenience of the hours and rates and we appreciate that we can count on our dog having a bath before he leaves if we request one.

Friendly staff. Our dogs seem to be happy to be welcomed to Dogtopia when I’ve dropped them off. That is the bottom line!
My dog had a great time running around the rooms and had her nails trimmed was fed and had a training class. For her overnight boarding they gave her a warm blanket and a clean crate. Everything is beautifully painted and clean. They bath dogs and they have a dishwasher. A Great place!
I understand your policies and safety, but Captain I felt was ostracized during play time the whole time he was there. It broke my heart seeing him just barking for attention the whole time without receiving it. There was one woman that let Captain join the big area a little before it was bedtime and Captain was finally happy and I appreciated her caring for him. I felt that Captain did not get the attention and love a puppy should have. Since we have been home he has had major separation anxiety and very needy. I am not sure I would send him back.
Very Responsive when I call and ask about buddy. The also know his routine well every time I bring him for overnight stay
The people! I have total confidence when I leave my dog that he is in the best hands. They all care and show such love and attention to all the dogs in their care
As amazing as you all are, we were still a little nervous about leaving Dorothy for a few days and overnight. The last time we tried a different location, she was upset with us for days and didn’t want to go back. We didn’t want to risk her feeling that way about a place she truly loves.
But you all took such wonderful care of her that returning was no problem at all. The joy we feel watching Dorothy spin in circles at home when we say, *“Time to go to school and play!”* warms our hearts. And the moments when I have to gently slow her down because she’s so eager to run inside—those are truly priceless.
Knowing that she is well cared for and loved in our absence means more than we can express. Hearing your team call her by name makes me giggle every time. I tell so many people about Dogtopia Parkside and recommend you all wholeheartedly.
I don’t have enough words to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible job you do. “Thank you” never feels like enough.
friendly staff and you truly look after the dog they're not just there you let us know if they get hurt even if it's just a scratch. I also love the grooming services available. The photo opportunities are incredible. It's just so fun.

I already called and reached out to manager. While she admitted there were some gaps in communication and follow-through, she did not offer anything to make it right like a reduction for what was paid or a credit. I am not going to pay that rate for sub-standard care/communication.
Readily available appointments, very friendly front check in with groomer at front check in. Very attentive groomer, asks questions about how I’d like my pet groomed. Appreciated the offer of a midway service text that provided an update.
