The following comments were submitted by our customers when asked to provide feedback on our service. In the interest of transparency, we present these comments as provided except that personally identifiable information has been hidden unless the reviewer has requested their full name be included with the review. No unfavorable comments have been removed.
1.) You're super greedy. Your company ethos is "it's all about us and not the customer"
That shows in the terrible membership charging system charging everyone every week and makinf it so difficult if you don't use the days- no refunds for unused days? Suoer greedy.
2.) The old owners sold a package of 10 or 20 days at a time and you just used them as you wanted to- no refund requests necessary. That's the customer friendly way of doing things... but I'm sure you won't do that.
3.) The employees are super nice kids- this is not a rip on them....but everytime a new person starts, they always charge my card on top of my membership. Its happened way too many times and I'm sick of not being able to trust you with my bank card.
4,) Stop trying to sell minor add ons- its greedy and petty and ridiculous.
5.) The process of pausing the membership if I go out of town or just need to is way too difficult and the customer loses everytime. There's also a ridiculous queation asking why I need to pause my membership; you're way out of bounds with that- it's totally none of your business and frankly offensive.
6.) You're never staffed correctly at peak hours which causes very unreasonable waits at pick up and drop off times, sometimes as much as 20 minutes that I have to wait on you- again, there's the "screw the customers" ethos showing.
7.) My dogs frequently reek of urine when they come out. Some of that is understandable, but the people in back need to learn to change the mop water at least 3 times daily and thoroughly ring out the mops. Front waiting area too.
8.) If you're tracking vaccines, please let people kmow ahead of time if they're almost due so they dont get turned away. Nobody keeps track of their dogs vaccines, they expect the vet to notify them.
9.) Lindsay is a phenomenal manager and a great kid, hope you take care of her. Your staff is also great, just need to not ever let a new employee near a point of sale system- new emloyees need better training before they go near peoples bank cards. You need to really be concerned about the over charging issue,. While not nefarious, its just wrong.
I requested the spa package and when i picked up my dog she only got a bath. This was corrected but because there is not a professional groomer on site, it seemed like the staff member struggled to get her nails cut and rounded off so she only cut them.

We love Dogtopia! Our dog, Sully, gets so excited when he is going to play with his friends, we have to wait to tell him until we are ready to walk out the door. Everyone who works at Dogtopia is AMAZING! I never have to worry about Sully, he is always in the best care. They care about our dogs like they are their own. We also used the grooming services, and it is so convenient to be able to drop him off to play and he can have a spa day at the same time.
I love Dogtopia because they love My Gracie girl.........Everyone there is so sweet and my Gracie gets so excited everyday when we get there. Such cute puppies and they have so much fun playing all day. I am so glad I found them
dogtopia workers took great care for my pup and were genuinely concerned for his wellbeing when he was stressed and not eating and were very helpful in offering food topper and helping to encourage him to eat while he was stressed that we had left.

The Dogtopia team gets my dog. They can recognize and adapt with Milo’s mood and his needs. Sometime a nail trim means he needs some love and attention from one team member while another team is handling the paw-dicure.

Dogtopia staff really loves working with dogs. Our Maggie loves going there. She runs to the staff when I drop her off. I feel comfortable leaving her with them.
You guys did such a fantastic job spiffing up my beloved Dobermann! Her fangs are so white, breath is fresh and her coat is so shiny and soft! Even weeks later, she is still soft and shiny! Thank you very much! We'll be back for another "Spa Day", to be sure!
Whenever I drop Ladybug off, I know she is in great hands and I can rest my mind knowing she is having the most fun ever when I can’t be home with her. When she realizes it’s a Dogtopia day, she gets so excited! I love being able to check in on her throughout the day on the cameras. I’m so thankful to have found Dogtopia and so is Ladybug!
My dog Kirby loves to be there. He is treated lovingly by staff and he has made many friends with both staff and other dogs.
Like that small dogs remain with other small dogs. The rooms have cameras to view our dogs during the day. They have quiet time and go into kennels.
Calling or walking in is like walking in the backdoor of a friend's home. The staff are lovely and always prepared with a story from the day as if my dogs were their favorites.
It has made all the difference in our fur babies.
They have been nothing but exceptional with all of my requests, and I have never had any issues with Dogtopia. They are always quick to respond to emails, and they greet me with a smile every time I drop off my Gunner for his day of fun. From the owner to the staff, everyone treats you with the highest level of care and professionalism. I highly recommend Dogtopia for all of your pup’s needs.

The staff is amazing! They truly care about all the pups there. They treat the pups like family! This place isn’t a business but they will become part of your family! Maya Julieta loves this place and I can say I do too. If I’m having a bad day and I walk in they ALWAYS greet you with a smile… which makes my day.

The staff is amazing & treat our baby like he’s their own family. We love that he gets to make doggy friends, participate in gift exchanges. The daily/weekly text photos just to let me know he is happy and having fun really eases the worries of how he’s doing, because I sometimes don’t have time to check in with the apps webcam. Doggy daycare has now become one of his favorite phrases!
My dog Oly came for his first visit last Thursday 11/20 (he used to go to the Midvale location). I picked him up around 3:30pm, which is obviously a busy time for people to pick up as there was at least 2-3 other people waiting for their dogs. While I was waiting for him, the staff member behind the desk (there were 2 people - not sure if one was training) asked if I said yes to the pictures today (one for him and and one for his "brother" Dakota Brown), I told them that no one told me about pictures at drop-off in the morning so I don't think so. She then started to look at a list but then there was a lot happening so she never confirmed with me (again, it appeared to be a very busy time when I got there and it looked like she was trying to help the person behind the computer.) Oly came out and the person who handed him to me gave me both Oly and Dakota's pictures that were taken that day that were on the counter. I was a little confused as the other staff member never confirmed with me, but I figured that they must be complimentary as this staff member just handed them to me without any questions. The next day I receive a charge on my card for $6 so I called you guys to see what this charge was. The person I spoke to on the phone said it was for the pictures. $6 is not that big of a deal, but it is frustrating when I never approved or asked for these pictures to be taken, I get handed them without any context or without staff double checking that I actually paid for them or wanted them and then my credit card gets charged the next day. I understand it was a busy time when I picked up the dogs, but it seems like there needs to be a better system in place to be more organized to try to mitigate these miscommunications when things are busy.
When the cameras work it’s nice to see my dog because I miss him, it’s nice to pick him up when he’s been bathed but most of all that he’s in good care & loved while he’s there. Staff is ALWAYS nice & pleasant.
Everyone is really nice
We and our baby girl love Wesr Frisco. They are very attentive and loving. What we love most is being able to see her all day long. Great boarding. Used three times. Minnie knows everyone and comfortable. Still hard to leave her. ❤️❤️❤️
