i was viewing the webcam and watched as one of your staff put a rope around the neck of my Koda she struggled as she didn’t like it and your staff proceeded to pull her around the room why this was happening i don’t know i got in my car and went and picked her up she will not be going back there again

More consistency on webcams - especially the one in Romper, which is pretty glitchy.
My dog being treated like family. All the workers are so sweet, kind and patient with Wednesday! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I like that my dog loves going to Dogtopia. The staff are always loving to her and she loves each of them. She goes 2 days a week, and I like that we can pick which 2 days work best for us each week. When she comes home, she is tired out, not restless. I like that there is a webcam so we can watch her with the other dogs. I like that the staff communicates with us about her day. - Cathy Taylor

The staff and canine coaches are incredibly awesome! Friendly, passionate, and enthusiastic. Everyone truly cares about the dogs whether it be daycare or boarding. My dog truly enjoys going to daycare and being able to watch her on the camera is definitely a plus. I highly recommend Dogtopia Orlando East!.

I loved that they do an interview and then gave us 3 days of daycare free so our dog could get acclimated to dogs and the staff. And they were willing to help my dog out since he was a little older.
The best most caring staff! They treat your pup like they’re Queens and Kings! They provide a fun-filled day, so grateful!
We have the best experience every time we board. They are so friendly and accommodating for my 15 year old little guy. They are loving to the dogs and very friendly! I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone looking for a daycare/boarding option.

Our baby was almost rejected after her first few minutes, but eventually she and the staff fell in love. We love the staff, they make us feel like family. We're not really into all the craft/activities, but we appreciate they're not a hard sell, just background suggestions to keep things fun for dog owners who want them. Grateful to have you down the street, too. And we love that you text us and know who we are.

The staff are very friendly, very accommodating, and obviously love all the dogs who go in for a spa day, play date, or to stay overnight. The prices are very reasonable, and appointments are readily available whenever I have needed one.
My fur baby loves all of the attendants and excited for each visit. They make all the dogs and their pawrents feel special. And, the facility is kept neat and clean too. We are happy we found Dogtopia.

The staff
The staff is extremely courteous and every one of them goes out of their way to be helpful. My dog, Scarlet, loves being there and everyone that works there gives her so much positive attention and love. It is very comforting to know that while I'm away from her, she is getting such great care.
