I already called and reached out to manager. While she admitted there were some gaps in communication and follow-through, she did not offer anything to make it right like a reduction for what was paid or a credit. I am not going to pay that rate for sub-standard care/communication.
Readily available appointments, very friendly front check in with groomer at front check in. Very attentive groomer, asks questions about how I’d like my pet groomed. Appreciated the offer of a midway service text that provided an update.

Levi loves going to Daycare. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I love the different fun activities he gets to do and the treats he gets on specials for small donations. I also really appreciate parents night when he can get a few extra hrs of playtime and my partner and I can have date night. Love Dogtopia of Dulles!
Easy to schedule with and very communicative. Wrigley seems to enjoy his stays and is always safe and cared for.
Staff is so friendly and accommodating. They were able to cut my dogs nails, something that my dog will not let me do. Both of my dogs adapted well and they get excited every time I bring them. I would highly recommend!

everyone is nice and seems to love my 2 dogs even though im not a daily user of the daycare. my pups are more like weekend warriors once or twice a month... everyone remembers there names and happy to see them and my pups have a good time
Our first interaction was this place is nice, Then Meg and her team were completely awesome. Took time out to talk to us of course. But it was different very warm and inviting, we were able to leave our pup in good hands. Nice job to you all
