All the employees are great, I can tell my dog loves it there. Everyone who works there clearly works really hard. All the dogs seem well cared for while in their care!
Friendly and convenient!
Our dog is always excited when we arrive at Dogtopia. The employees greet her with enthusiasm. Unfortunately, the last 4 times she stayed, all of her belongings were not in her bag and I had to return to retrieve them. I wish they had an exit check list .
Otherwise, Dogtopia provides a great service.
I’m comfortable leaving my dog with kind people! She’s adjusted well from day 1 even though not a fan of riding in the car! The groomer Leanne is so nice and truly cares😊 and having the opportunity to get to know Jigi makes it a better experience!
The staff at Dogtopia is awesome! They are super friendly to me but more importantly, they all seem to know my dog when he enters the door. Skipper loves going to Dogtopia!
Everything.. Cosmo and Sheldon love play dates at Dogtopia! Super happy we found this location! They love our puppies as much as we love them! Keep up the great work!
Such amazing customer service my dog has the best time over at dogtopia I can watch him on the cameras he has something to look forward to every week and everyone has always been super helpful and worked with me I wouldn't want any other place to watch my dog for me besides dogtopia I recommend it to everyone that has dogs

I have concerns about other pets not having boardatella vaccine. It seems odd that every time I bring my dog in for grooming or play day that she comes home sick with upper respiratory or GI issue. This doesn’t occur when taking her to any other place

Outdoor walks perhaps. One on one time in the smaller room with doggo and trainer. some music. All just suggestions. I am quite pleased with the service thus far.
I love the location. I love that they are very professional. I love that there are a variety of different rooms for different size dogs. The price is fair. It’s just a great experience for my dog. He comes home tired. And that is usually the goal.

I’ve gotten all three of my dogs groomed at the same time there multiple times now and the staff is always very kind to me and to them and they always look great!
Clean and friendly environment
Still fairly new and I have seen improvements. I think you guys can improve in the picture area. I think you could give each guest a gallery and then add pics of them into it on the app. If that cant happen then texting them is probably better. Also i still think a physical photo should be given when you photograph for holidays

Easy to schedule online, every staff member is friendly and seems to love the dogs, and our pup is so excited to go each time!
Staff always recognizes my dog and greet him by name. I get an update on his activities and days events, including interactions with dogs with whom he is friendly.
They notice if he is absent for a week and make sure that he is OK and ask when he will be back.

I love the fact that there are cameras in the play areas. Cameras are essential so you know your dog is being treated well…full transparency. Great and caring staff

Our boy Chevy loves coming here! The staff is very friendly especially Colin! Colin is very personable and makes sure Chevy eats his food!
