Very pet friendly!
We love Dogtopia so much and love that Remy loves it! The people who work here are so sweet too. However, all of the photo days seem to be AO generated now, which is disappointing. Please bring back some photo days that aren’t AI!
Friendly service, ease of scheduling, the 10-night stay packages are also convenient. I also like that grooming is available and can be worked into the stay.
Coaches are always interested in your dog and give great feedback on how the day went in Daycare.
I've also used the grooming services and find them great. They make the effort to ensure they know what you'd like for your dog and treat the pup with gentle care. Finished product is excellent.
Grooming
The staff were polite and friendly and the facility was clean and smelled nice. Sarah, the groomer (I believe that’s her name), was very informative and very nice to our little Louie bear. The length she gave him was perfect and he left looking adorable!

The only part of the service that I am familiar with is the person that comes out to the car. After I initially registered Ella for the service, I have never had a reason to go inside. So my only point of contact with Dogtopia is the people that come out to me. Everyone has been very pleasant so far and Ella likes them.
Very kind to the dogs. Calisto is getting familiar and more comfortable going in for grooming.
First, my dog is so excited once he sees us making the turn towards the building. He goes for a bath and daycare every few months and he loves it! They do a great job with bathing services too. Staff is friendly and kind.
The way you love and care for all of the dogs - especially my boy, Gino! And often accommodate me when we have to change his schedule sometimes at the last minute! Thank you and bravo!!

Very good and caring
The facility is nice and is always very clean, but the best part is the people who work there. They truly love dogs and I feel completely comfortable leaving my puppy in their hands.
They are friendly to people as well!!
The 2 hour breaks mid-day seem long. Later closing hours on the weekend would be great.

Cleanliness of outside is an eyesore -- plants/weeds/poop bags, etc.
Friendly service and that everyone knows my two dogs very well. They LOVE coming. The facility is also very clean.

Oscar loves going to Dogtopia! It makes me happy that he can some play and socialization in. The fact that there are cameras set up makes it even better. It puts a smile on my face that I can check in on him at work and see him happily playing. Everyone has been very nice and I’m impressed that they recognize Oscar right away. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience so far. Thank you!
My dog is very happy to arrive at your facility which means she likes the facility and I also know she likes the staff and they are very good with her. I have passed on my recommendations to other pet owners.
Friendly staff who care about my dogs
I was surprised to be told that I was not allowed to leave my dog for daycare the day after boarding him at Dogtopia. The inability to combine those two services seems like a poor business decision.

Our boy Chevy loves coming here! The staff is very friendly especially Colin! Colin is very personable and makes sure Chevy eats his food!
All the employees are great, I can tell my dog loves it there. Everyone who works there clearly works really hard. All the dogs seem well cared for while in their care!
