Where do I start . Her last stay there she came home and I was pulling ticks off my dog for two weeks! No message or call back when I reached out . This most recent visit I got a call that she got nipped in the ear by another dog. I looked at the cameras and my dog was then locked in a crate in the same room she was attacked while all other dogs were free . No human to calm her after getting hurt nothing she shouldn’t have been left in the same room as the other dog let along be the one in the crate like she did something wrong. When I went to pick her up no one knew anything about what happened. In addition after getting her home I found a spot of what I thought was dirt but was in fact a puncture wound from a tooth on her neck with dried blood everywhere around it ! This is beyond a concern. I feel like I should be refunded rather than paying for my dog to get bullied and abused for the few days she stayed there. Makes me wonder what else is going on behind the scenes that no one can see . I wish I saw the incident on the cameras at the time I was checking on her. This is not right at all ! To say I’m upset and disappointed is an understatement. She literally cried the whole ride home too and once we got home it stopped! Was my fur child treated that bad that she couldn’t wait to get home I’m heartbroken
I called today to let you know that Bentley has been scratching himself since the bath and it appears he has allergies to the Shampoo.
Friendly staff, clean facility, fun activities and happy (tired) dog at pick up. The webcams let me check on her during her day.
The owner is very engaged. The staff love the dogs and really are helpful..highly recommend!!

Where do I start? What makes this special is the staff. What a joy to see how happy and excited they are as they show up each morning to greet them.
1. The service and customer focus are exceptional - Christine remembers the name of every dog (how does she do that?).
2. Coco LOVES Makin’ Bacon Day and loved her birthday cookies, amongst other treats. The activities and events are wonderful ways to participate and donate to a worthy cause.
3. The facility is pristine and the entire staff ensure that our furry family member is cared for as if it were their own.
The Dogtopia Dulles team sets themselves apart in excellence! Thank you for all that you do.

The team at Dogtopia in Parker have been awesome from start to finish in onboarding our new rescue puppy and her anxious parents (that’s us…well me more than my hubby if I’m being totally honest).
Our rescue has been way more timid and hesitant than our Lab was when she was a puppy going to daycare. So this mama has been an avid webcam stalker. When I got to the point where I was fighting the urge to just go pick her up, I called the facility and the staff talked me off the ledge and asked me to give her some more time. Then they even emailed me about 90 min later during nap time (when I couldn’t indulge in my stalking tendencies) to say my bag was curled up and sleeping soundly. It was above and beyond kind and I can’t express enough my appreciation.
I also want to add that every time I was watching, I noticed the coaches intentionally and consistently and regularly approaching Eliza to pet and reassure her. She clearly has developed a huge crush on the male coaches and finally was out of the corner following them around like, well, a puppy. It warmed my heart she was being loved on and comforted when I couldn’t be there to do it myself.
We’re only a couple days in, but I’m impressed. And let me tell you, I don’t impress easily especially around customer service these days. Fingers crossed this little girl continues to grow in confidence and will in no time be the sassy brat we’ve come to expect when we have her at home. I know she’ll get there because the team at Dogtopia won’t leave her to do it alone.
The staff at Dogtopia are very good with our two dogs, and they are always happy to go in for daycare and boarding!

My dog came back both days smelling of urine.
17 dogs and one person in the room …..I thought making appt to bring dog in would limit number in the gym room etc if staffing is an issue don’t take on so many dogs one white female was constantly being brought down by two grey dogs and harassed . While the lone attendant was so busy just keeping up with cleaning up . Event beyond play I won’t bring my dog back on a monday. I do value the CCTV working , last year it was hit and miss broadcasting so this has been an improvement

Always greeted with a smile. Always professional. When I inquire about anything (my dogs eating, behavior when interacting with other dogs, obeying commands, temperament while there), usually I get immediate answer at a minimum I get question answered before leaving. The individual attention and knowledge about each of the dogs in their care is amazing.
I’ve had my dog shampooed, teeth brushed and nails clipped. The price was more than reasonable and no more doggy breath! Her hair was so soft and silky. Yes….smelled good too! I will definitely do this again.
Staff is really good at keeping me advised of activities planned While activities are advised, Staff is not pushy, they do offer. I appreciate this. No one want hard sale tactics. What ever I decide is totally my choice. But, at least I’m made aware.
My dog has such a full active day, she sleeps all the way home!

Everyone at the BeachBlvd. Dogtopia location are very personable, kind, empathetic. I could go on! I truly feel that my fur baby will be safe and cared for by Peggy's team! Its not a wonder why she is number 1 in my book for the best Daycare in Jacksonville! I drive almost 30 minutes to bring my baby to her team several times a week and it's worth it!
