Staff legitimately get to know the pups and are paying close attention.
Easy check in and check out. Really positive experience
Daycare is well run, concern for the dogs is topmost for safety. Rowdy dogs, (such as mine) are put in time out to ensure no animal gets hurt or bullied. Drop off and pickup times are perfect. Owner Diana is great!
Kind staff that my dog likes to see. I appreciate that they know my dog and she is happy to go wity them. I feel like the staff listen and encourage our dog to be well behaved. They give treats after asking and support her activity to keep her healthy.
Very friendly, you can tell they care about my fur babies. The facility is clean and all the dogs act so happy ! Very impressed!
Nice people, facilities, and I really like the way they answer people's questions. The environment is clean, and it's great to be able to see into the rooms when the dogs are playing. I also really like that they close for nap time.
Everyone is communicative (regarding pick up from spa), my dog isn't a playful dog (she's 11 so she basically just stands around) but doesn't seem to be upset going to boarding care. Love the webcam.
It's too bad there's no outside space, and hours on weekends are a challenge which often cause us to need an extra night boarding.

First of all the staff is awesome!! Very friendly very kind to my Tabitha. She absolutely loves it there. She even knows the name when I say we’re gonna go see your friends! Definitely recommend Dogtopia to everyone.
Kind, knowledgeable, dog-living people
I liked that everyone seemed to get to know my dog. I also liked that they wrote a "report card" on her first day. It was really cute and good to know how she did. I was nervous, but the staff was reassuring and told me they would keep an eye on her. She ended up coming out of her shell really quickly and loving it!

Dogtopia days are the highlight of Lucy’s week! She loves running and playing her besties. The coaches are always coming up with fun enrichment ideas for the dogs. We can certainly tell the difference between a Dogtopia day and one when Lucy stays home.
The staff at the entrance are always very friendly. It's obvious that they love dogs and mine in particular. I never feel like we are unwelcome.
The guy who works there is really nice but it’s ridiculous that you can’t tell me exactly how much boarding is going to be so I went somewhere else

Love the team at the Historic Phoenix and the Tempe location. They work with my dog and her bad behaviors. Love all the craft days and treat days. Best place ever!!!!
I love that my dog is happy to go spend the day at Dogtopia! She is always excited and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We also love all the wonderful activities and photos Dogtopia organizes for the pups ( and their parents)!
The team is wonderful! From Summer, the manager, to front desk staff like Heather, to the awesome camp “counselors,” everyone absolutely loves dogs! Our dog Rex looks forward to going, whether for the day or for a weekend!
My dog Penny loves spending days with her doggie (and human) friends at Dogtopia! It gives her much-needed activity and socialization with other dogs. It is also a HUGE relief knowing Penny is in good hands when I have to board her for travel. The spa services are also a huge convenience. The staff are all fantastic and I appreciate being able to keep in touch via text.
I really like the way I can watch my dog while he’s playing, and the staff appears very attentive. I don’t love that the dogs can use the restroom wherever they want; that there is no outside or specific restroom area.
I love everything about Atascocita Dogtopia...especially under the new owners!!!! For example: The activities that keep Prince mentally and physically stimulated and reinforce the training he had. The safety focus and love/attention the coaches and rovers give Prince. How easy it is to get an appointment, whether it's for daycare, spa, or boarding. Carpool service. Promotions, such as Dogtopia Foundation...we try not to miss the spa ones. Shared expertise and suggestions whenever I have questions about which type of harness, supplements, etc. to buy. New outdoor space. Ability to check on my baby via webcams. Cleanliness. Updates and two-way communications via text. There isn't anything I don't like.
Availability of daycare hours. easy use of app. Always clear communication with Dogtopia. the staff at awatukee is fantastic and my pup loves going
