Very friendly and caring
Everyone is so friendly . Love being able to watch my pup he has a great time
I board my dogs at Dogtopia twice a week, and they absolutely love it! The moment we arrive, they jump out of the car and head straight to the entrance, eager to see everyone inside. It’s clear they enjoy being around the staff, who treat them with genuine care and affection as if they were their own.
Every time they come home, Harley and Draco are happily tired from a full day of play. The team often shares feedback with me, letting me know how well they get along with the other dogs and how they’re always a joy to have in the group. That kind of communication reassures me that they’re in great hands.
The facility itself is spotless—always clean, fresh, and never with that “dog smell” you sometimes expect in boarding places. It’s obvious that Dogtopia takes pride not only in caring for the dogs but also in maintaining a welcoming environment for pet parents.
I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dogtopia has become a second home for Harley and Draco, and I’m grateful for the peace of mind knowing they’re safe, loved, and having fun.

Friendly staff
I have seen a decline in the care of my dog during boarding. I have also ask many times for my dog to be brushed on a regular basis. They say the will and put him on the schedule but they do not do it. I keep having to remind and stay in the staff. Didn’t have to do that before.

I really appreciate that the trainers took the time to assess whether my dog would be comfortable with them and gave me honest feedback, along with ideas on how to move forward. My dog was a little shy at first, so we started at daycare on slower days, and now he is in on some of the busiest days. He gets so excited to go, and his socialization skills have improved so much!
I also really appreciate the staff's flexibility as I have a hectic schedule. Finding available times to bring him in, even on the same day, is a breeze.
Nothing I gave an 8 cuz you're a little more expensive than my other daycate.

The entire staff was so helpful for our first visit and I could tell they really liked working there. The check-in and check-out process was so much more smooth from my last place.
Cleanliness! Everyone is always happy to see our dog. She is always so excited to go back and play with her fur friends. Whoever is working the front desk is very attentive to us and our pup!!
Your staff is always so friendly! And I appreciate that DogTopia understands that dogs will be dogs without excusing actual bad behavior.
It really bums me out that I have to take him out of daycare, but my place of employment is closing and I am having to economize. I am moving out of the pearl, but appreciate how well you took care of Zander over the last year. :)
The dogs seem to be happy interacting with other dogs and limiting crate time.

My dog came back with a huge scar on his nose. We weren't informed for this during his boarding and only found out when we picked him up. We used dogtopia for years and this location is the only one where something like this happened.
We love the care Jenny gets, and feel comfortable she will be safe while she is there.
Everyone is so friendly. My dog had a lot of anxiety and has come a long way because he is loved.
Friendly and really care about the pups
I love how friendly and flexible the staff are! They are accommodating for unforeseen circumstances.
The staff are warm and welcoming and go out of their way to communicate how my dog’s day went. I know he wants to be there because he gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot and he wants pets from all the front desk staff before he’s ready to go home. It’s a very loving environment
