Friendly atmosphere, clean and the dogs are well taken care of while at the facility
Our dog Dale LOVES going to Dogtopia. They welcome him with excitement every time and you can tell the staff really care about the dogs in their care. They update me on any issues (i.e. Dale threw up) and tell me who Dale's friends are at daycare. We have also boarded Dale at Dogtopia... he came home very tired, so we knew he was very active the whole time.
BRAVO Dogtopia ... we've used other doggie daycares over the years...you are the BEST !!
The employees that care for my dog during daycare and boarding really care about the dogs, and it's apparent! they have so many nicknames for my dog, and he has to say goodbye to each of them he sees when I pick him up. He hates the car, but he doesn't mind so much when I tell him we're going to daycare. I feel safe leaving my dog with the folks at Dogtopia for both daycare and boarding.
They also do a really good job with baths and nail trims when Duke needs them.
The facility is very clean, the dogs are well cared for and supervised, the staff is very friendly and my pup gets so excited every time she visits.
The lovely people who take care of our dogs at Dogtopia LIC—especially Allyson, Crysta, and everyone else who works there and I don’t know everyone’s name. They are amazing!
As usual the staff was amazing to work with. Murphy always seems to like staying with you. He is always so clean and happy when he is picked up. Thanks for always taking such amazing care of my boy.

In the past, we've been very happy with Dogtopia, but the last two times we've picked up our dog, she really stunk. We gave her a bath after the first episode, because we couldn't stand the stench she had when we picked her up on Thursday. Then yesterday (Monday) it happened again. We cleaned her up most of the way with Poof. I called to ask what happened the last two times, but the response didn't really address things very well. They made a note in her file about our comment. I think if it happens again, we may take a break from bringing our dog to Dogtopia until things can improve.

My loves coming here!! I love the people, the communication, and being able to check in on camera. The app makes it super easy to reserve her spot.
I like that there is someone in the playroom with the dogs and the attention they give to each dog.
The staff I spoke with were we all terrific.

Everything! Everyone from the front desk, the rovers, grooming, etc. I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone who's looking for daycare, boarding and grooming services. 10/10
Keep the dogs from smelling like urine. Change the mop bucket water often.
Drop off is easy. Dog is tired when he comes home. People are nice and love the dog cans.
The staff is friendly and courteous and you can tell that they love dogs!
I love that I drop my pup off before work and pick her up afterwards. Your location is great for where my office is located. The staff all seem to genuinely care for my pup, as if she were their own.

Seem to care and know the animals
I and Kash love Dogtopia services and your community as a whole. I thought we had a plan of three days a week from the 8th of the month to the following 8th of month. I purposely paid cash for over nights stays to make sure the 260.00 remaining balance not be affected. I didn’t mind the 32.00 for last weekend. Because kash never do weekends. So that would be four days outside of my agreement plan. Nevertheless to be. told I used my days left in my agreement plan was baffling to. me. I can agree 290.00. on the 8th of month as. original agreement and kash can complete the. days until the 8th of December. Also if we can reach a mutual agreement I would like to move forward with Dash. As a reminder my daughter paid sixty dollars when kash stayed over two days that was for. the Saturday stay..
