We just started at Dogtopia and have been beyond impressed. The staff is so friendly. The facility is very clean and just the overall process they have in place is really streamlined! Glad to have our pup joining the Dogtopia crew!
They always have treated my dog Ruby with the best of care. She has some odd quarks and they’ve always accommodated her. They are patient with her and love her. That she always looks forward to coming.
My dog loves this place! She is literally pulling me into doggy camp every time we go. She gets the attention she craves from the staff. She is greeted by name and feels safe around everyone there. The staff is wonderful and makes it easy and reassuring to leave my dog with them.
Shirley has a great time at Dogtopia. She burns off some of her puppy energy, and makes friends. The staff are great. I love that there are cameras so I can see how she’s doing throughout the day.
My puppy needed to be socialized and Dogtopia was recommended to me by a trainer. I was very nervous about leaving her, I've never put a dog in daycare. I was greated by the wonderful staff at the Atasocita Dogtopia and got a tour of the facility. I like that the small dogs and larger dogs don't mingle.
Buttercup never wants to get out of the car but she warms up quickly. She's so tired when she gets home. I never watched her on the live camera.
The prices are reasonable.

The doggy daycare is amazing! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs. I always feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in their care, and he comes home happy and tired after a fun day. Highly recommend!
I love everything about Dog Utopia! Everyone there is so nice, caring and professional! The place is immaculate, my dog really enjoys going there. I can’t remember everyone’s name but special thanks to Mercedes, Alicia and Jr. of course:)
The staff definitely love and care for all the dogs. I can leave them for daycare or boarding and know that they are loved and cared for.
The website is easy to navigate. The facilities are clean and bright. The spa services are phenomenal too. To top it off; the prices are very reasonable.

We are so happy we found Dogtopia-white flint! When my dog first started going, he was pretty shy and took some time to adjust. But the staff here are so kind, patient, and truly amazing with the dogs. Now, my dog gets so excited and loves going to daycare every single time. Highly recommend to any pet parents!

I love taking my pugs to Dogtopia Highland Village. This place is absolutely amazing! We are greeted warmly every time! The manager Diffany wonderful and caring person working with me and my two babies.. the staff are very caring and giving and giving me feedback on there day. Both my pugs love coming here especially since we came from Alaska this has been a Godsend!!
Our dog loves going to daycare!
My dog, Loki, came home injured. His front paws were damaged when he repeatedly jumped against a door when in your care (the front desk person I spoke with said that he was repeatedly jumping against a door - she was careful to use "qualifiers" and such and did not outright say it - she went around the long way! But I'm not a dummy - she said "some dogs are interested in what is going on in another room and like to jump repeatedly at the door - Loki is one of those dogs." See what I mean?). I do not know why a caregiver did not redirect him. He would have had to be doing it for a while to get the injury he got. And it makes me sad that he was not just playing and having a fun time. He's been to the vet and is on pain medication and an anti-inflammatory medication and I have to keep him quiet for at least two weeks in the hopes that he will improve. The vet cost me $150 approximately (there were a few more dollars involved but I can't remember off the top of my head) and his boarding was $80. So I spent $230 for my dog to be damaged. It would be nice if you covered the vet cost and gave me a refund for boarding. He's been to you a couple of times before, and he got great care. That is why I felt good about leaving him with you. But I highly regret it. I don't know if it was a new staff member or what, but he was not supervised properly. He's a wonderful dog and it breaks my heart to see him limping around and just not acting right. I'm not planning to "bad mouth" you, but I don't see us using you again any time soon. And I really would feel better about the whole thing if you stepped up and took some responsibility for what happened. Thanks, First name removed
