The staff is always friendly to me and always gives my little girl a bunch of love and attention. Also, whenever I have her groomed she always comes out spelling great, soft and clean! I am always happy when bringing my Brandy Girl to Dogtopia Yorktown.

My two English Bulldogs love to visit their friends and trainers at Dogtopia.
It has been so good for them to socialize with other dogs and humans verse being kenneled at home alone while us dog parents work.

Friendly staff. They work hard keeping the spaces clean and healthy. They are receptive to Sadie's changing status and support her need for rest each day.
Indy loves her day care! We know that because she jumps out of the car without any help for her drop off. For a golden to do that without drama is very rare!

They are familiar with our puppies and my puppies love going to Dogtopia. They get extremely excited on the drive once they know where their going.

The dogs always perk up when we say dogtopia, they enjoy being able to play during the day and run around. I like being able to log into the cameras from time to time and see how they are doing. The dogs are always happy and exhausted when they come back home. Will continue to use the service.
The facility is smaller than I’m comfortable with for my dog. He has arthritis and needs room to spread out and move around, but I recognize that’s not anything you’ve done wrong. It just doesn’t work for us. However, the guy checking me out after our meet and greet didn’t seem to know what to do, so I stood there for 10 minutes while he texted his boss. Might need more training for your employees.

We had a great experience with Dogtopia! My dog was well cared for, happy, and clearly enjoyed their time there. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel confident leaving my dog in their care. I highly recommend Dogtopia to any pet parent looking for a safe and loving environment. The staff is great about attending to the dogs needs. I like that the dogs are tested before seeing if they are a good candidate for daycare.
Everyone that enters Dogtopia from the employees to customers seem happy at the Ellisville, location.

Staff is always nice & caring. The facility is very clean & i like that the dogs are never left unattended in the rooms they are in...a coach is always there with them. Also like.how when a dog is new they work with aclamating them to the room and other dogs which helps to calm them. Any issues we have had were openly discussed & handled which means alot. They do special things each month which is fun too!

When I take my 10 pound dog to Dogtopia and he's in the Toy Box, I understand some large dogs who are more docile may be in there. What I do not expect is to see at least THIRTY DOGS in that room (I have a screenshot), possibly half of them being large dogs. My little dog was being mounted by another dog every time I was able to stop on our trip to take a look at him. I understand this is normal canine behavior but normally the employee would intervene. There were so many dogs in that room the week we were there, it was impossible for one person to see, much less keep up on the activity in that room. We go to Dogtopia for the interaction. When I've seen my dog interacted with ONCE by a human in the 3 years we've going there, that isn't what I thought I'd be getting. I thought this would be easier on him than our previous kennel but now I'm not so sure.
