Staff was so helpful and kept me informed every day after my little guy had a seizure. Knowing he was being taken care of and watched by such caring staff made not being there so much easier

We had a very good experience boarding our dog. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt confident that they would take good care of my dog.
Don't be so combative maybe. You don't know what people and their dogs are dealing with. I dropped off my dog with a sort of deep cut on his nose from one of multiple aggressive dogs that snapped at him through a fence at a dog park with an owner that was very rude about it just the day prior (on his birthday actually) and 2 days before that he'd had his nail quick cut at Petsmart (wouldn't stop bleeding for an hour). I mentioned both when dropping him off & asked that he be taken extra care of since it's been a rough few days. I was told these things were noted to keep a watch out for incase they bleed again. When I picked him up, I was told he had a scratch on his ear that had bled from playing and to let you know if it bleeds again. I said gratefully "thanks for letting me know" and I proceeded to talk to my dog in the lobby asking him to show me his nose, to which the person responded quickly "There's nothing wrong with his nose.".... Relax. If you'd read the notes that the person I spoke to during drop-off supposedly wrote down, you'd realize I'm talking about a prior injury that had to heal while he was there. I wasn't looking to sue anything like that, which seems to be all y'all people (boarders, groomers, vets) ever unfortunately seem to truly care about. It's really disheartening how my dog keeps getting the short end of the stick with these "professionals". You'd be shocked the money I've spent on his care due to negligence over the years. He got pink eye from Dogtopia a different time he was boarded (something he'd never had before in his life) and I was asked if this is normal for him (no, why would it be???) and I was told it happens sometimes & to take him to the vet, and that really felt like no sense of responsibility was being taken. I don't throw a fit anytime any of this stuff happens and I never expect compensation, but it's the attitudes that have me fed up at this point. Maybe act like you actually care about the dog's safety instead of the company's money for once. That'd be great.

The people are fantastic
Every time i pick up my dog, she is wet and smells like pee. The staff claim she pees on herself but never have i ever once seen my dog pee from excitement so it's tough to believe. I wish they would be honest about it if she accidentally sat in pee or something. i almost always have to give her a bath after i pick her up.
I love the ease of dropping my dog off and picking her up. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful.

Leia had a great time and we loved the service! They did wonderful with her when we had her boarded and I enjoyed the Webcam mode to watch her play. Thank you also for the nail trim! We will definitely be using this company again.
Our dogs boarded over Thanksgiving. They came home happy and healthy. They seemed to have a great one. A very nice facility with great staff. The outdoor area is great!

I wouldn’t recommend the overnight boarding service. It seems a tad overpriced
When I book my reservation, I said I was picking up at 10:00 am on Sunday. This is what I have done for years when I board at this location. I arrived at 10:00, came in. 3 staff people were in the lobby tending to a dog that was bleeding from the neck. I waited several minutes and finally was asked what I needed. I get it, injured dogs take priority. I said I was there to pick up my dog and was told I couldn’t get her until 1:00. I asked why and was told this was the new hours, although both my app and the signage on the door show an 8:00 am opening. I was told that the staff couldn’t log in to the computer to charge me.
I returned at 1:00, spoke to the manager who was rude and told me “things change” and a newsletter had been sent out with the new time. I’ve checked my email and no newsletter talks about this time I asked about the door notice and was told that wasn’t updated yet. I guess the app also wasn’t updated because I says there that I would pick up at 10.
Due to the lack of communication and the rude attitude, you have lost a long time customer and in my local social media group I will make sure that everyone is aware that you do not honor your signs or app noticed.
Everyone was kind and friendly. My pup had a great time!
