Staff seems happy in their work, glad to be thy better, have upbeat greeting for the dog and the owner. I like that the window to Toybox lets me peek in on my puppy…

The staff is so friendly and caring!! My dog is very excited when she walks through the door! I have bordered her at Dogtopia a couple times and felt very comfortable leaving her there overnight. Plus the crafts they do with the pups are so cute!
Very friendly and attentive to our Max. Very flexible hours for drop off and pick up. Webcam is great for seeing him. Max is very happy when he is with you

Im not sure? But Bella usually plays with other dogs if there are any. For some reason, Im unaware of, she does not play much with dogs there. Im still trying to figure that out. She loves the care takers though! I love that.

The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. The staff member for our meet and greet was exceptional and made me feel my guy Anders would be in good hands. Clean and well supervised facility. I feel confident my dog will be safe and well cared for.
The only problem I have is that the Franklin location does not have outdoor access. I bring Greta to socialize for a couple of hours. Love the fact that she can get groomed when needed. The staff is great!

Let’s start with the staff. They are friendly accommodating and they know each pets name as they walk through the door. The hours and location is perfect for me as well as the times that they are open. They make you and your fur baby feel welcome and I know that my baby is being well cared for

We love Dogtopia Midvale so much. Our pup has an amazing time and is always well taken care of!
Better communication re: spa appointments. There are dogs with the same names, and it’s happened a few times where another dog received our dog’s service, or vice-a-versa.
The pricing is also very expensive, but we continue to pay it because we know it’s a lot of work for the staff and our dog enjoys it. I’m just not sure how sustainable it will be for us in the long run.
I would also like to know how the group enrichment activities work a bit better. From viewing the webcam, it doesn’t seem like staff work to engage the dogs. I could be totally wrong because webcams vs live is very different. But for the money we spend, it would be nice to see our fur babies have more guidance in participating.
The convenience of the location and the hours. The real magic is the staff. I feel confident that Josie is in good hands when she is dropped off and that she will be cared for. The rates are reasonable and there is flexibility to change the schedule either temporarily or full time.
Always friendly and helpful. My dog is happy to go on her two days. I like that there is flexibility as to when I can drop off or pick up.
