I feel that the staff genuinely care about my dog, his happiness, and his comfort in being at day care. I can tell that he is excited to be with them and that each of the staff members pay individual attention to every dog at day care vs just a generic approach. The facility is clean, efficient, and welcoming.

Zeb loves going to Dogtopia to play and run around with his friends! When I say come on lets go to dogtopia, he gives a little head turn and runs to the door! The staff is excellent Its comforting walking in the front door and the staff knowing my dog and saying Hi Zebby boy with such enthusiasm! They take care of Zeb like he is their own dog. The extra touches like Valentines day cards and pictures is extraordinary. I know Zeb had a good day when he come and sleeps. We love Dogtopia!

Parking has gotten to be a problem with the restaurant across the street parking in your lot, making it difficult to get in and out
Parking is already tricky with the traffic on Alabama and having a full parking lot makes it even harder
The groomer did an excellent job and the receptionist was extremely nice.
She was knowledgeable and very helpful. We have been looking for a new place and we ha e found it!

Staff is great. They are all welcoming nice answer any questions. Only reason I put a 5 is because the dogs dont go outside, at all throughout the day because I think of the location. Now its way better then being in a cage all day. But for me id like my dog to be able to use the bathroom outside. She os a pup and house training I think is getting confusing for her. All day she pees In the room she is in on a grass mat. Then I get her home and she has to go outside. For older dogs I would probably say a 10. But for pups inthink they need to be trained already. Again staff are great just wish they had a small outside area she could go out to. Price is very reasonable no complaints there.

I've noticed that my dog is frequently placed in the kennel on a "time out". I do understand sometimes they need a break but it has been over 10+ minutes. This can be frustrating as I'd like feedback, if he is doing something wrong so we can make corrections at home. With the increased cost of daycare, I could easily leave him at home rather than paying someone to leave him in the kennel. And sometimes when watching the web cams the coaches ignore the dogs and are on their phones. I'm wondering if there needs to be more than 1 coach in the room at times as the coaches seem overwhelmed with the amount of dogs.
Also, I've noticed a smell at the facility and sometimes my dog comes home smelling like urine/other dogs. This hasn't been the case in the past but more recently. My dog really loves daycare so I'm hoping with feedback from the surgery, there are some positive changes.

I signed up for an enrollment 5 days before an extended overnight stay but the paperwork wasn't processed and I was charged the higher rate and no one offered to give me the lower rate even though it was their mistake.
The location is easy to access. I brought my dogs in for grooming with Christina. She is is the best! The dogs love her and they look great. Always smell so good too. I haven't tried any other services but highly recommend Christina in grooming.
The cameras were down every time I tried to sneak a peak at my dog. She clearly enjoys Dogtopia. On her second visit she was crazy with excitement when we pulled into the parking area.
The staff was very helpful and friendly and I liked the concern shown for our pets safety through the registration process
My dog has been to other Dogtopia locations, I was in the area visiting to go to a family party that would be an all day event so I needed daycare coverage. I called 2 weeks in advance to discuss the meet and greet process, and schedule my dog for the meet and greet and daycare. Once I arrived in Fredericksburg, a day earlier than planned, I called and discussed bringing her in to do the meet and greet only the day before (Friday) so I could be sure that she would be ok to be in full day daycare on Saturday. She passed the meet and greet, and when I picked her up I requested, if possible, that the meet and greet fee/daycare credit be able to be used on Saturday since Sally was only at your facility for 30 minutes on Friday. I believe Gemma had agreed that we could do this. When I picked Sally up on Saturday at 6pm, I was told that I owed $45. And when I asked about the meet and greet/daycare fee I was told that it was only applicable on the day of the meet and greet, and that there was no note of it in the file. Since it was the end of the day, and the team member at reception did not seem ready to discuss further I paid and left, but it hasn't sat well with me over the weekend that I paid for both the meet and greet and a full day of daycare, when I did the most to communicate my situation and confirm what I would have been charged for. My parents have had a monthly daycare plan while they spent the winter here with their dog, so I thought that this would have gone a bit smoother.

I think your people are great up there, and we feel our dogs are well cared for. The pricing for our three dogs feels steep, and we keep them all in one suite.
I like that I can watch my girl on the webcam during the day when I am away.
We love Dogtopia. My dog Genesis loves it too. The staff is wonderful and they really make Genesis feel special. We are so happy she has a great experience with Dogtopia white flint. We have also boarded Genesis there too. She comes home happy and tired. We are really pleased with Dogtopia white flint.
Everyone has a positive and upbeat attitude, and I so appreciate the honesty whenever there is an outbreak of kennel cough. Coquette always has a good time, and I do wish I lived closer so she could go more often.
Excellent customer service
Quality service, my pup was happy when I picked him up. The times given were accurate. He was not there all day for a 2-hour service.
