Very caring staff, always enthusiastic when I drop my little girl off and she was timid at first but they gave her time to get comfortable and didn’t rush her! The daycare service is very helpful when working 5 days a week and the webcams so I can “spy” on my pup during the day!

Friendly yo people, kind to dogs
Everyone is so kind and loving to my Nakia. The first day they helped ease her nerves and mine! I feel confident that Nakia is in the best hands when I drop her off. I love I can watch her interact with her friends throughout the day.
Extra care you express
Would like the dogs to have more outside time to maybe help reduce the large amount of indoor marking/urinating. I have friends with young dogs who are interested in daycare but have expressed hesitation due to concerns that the pups may regress in their potty training by attending.
Longer hours for daycare on the weekends would be really helpful.
Staff is friendly and caring. My dog feels welcome and happy there. She has a great time and I feel relaxed when I leave her because I trust the staff. I know they love my girl.
Not sure as I see you guys cleaning a lot, but my dog came home from his recent boarding with diahrea, which testing revealed was caused by Coccidia. Not great to come back from vacation and spend the next 3 nights getting very little sleep as your dog has to go out near hourly.
Yogi had a spa day and some fun in day care with his furry friends. He came home looking and smelling great. He got the exercise he needed not being able to go for walks because of the snow.
My dog loves Dogtopia and the staff always take wonderful care of him.
Everyone is friendly and encouraging, plus it's easy to book and my dog loves it at Dogtopia.
It has gotten significantly expensive. Being unable to cancel the week of is very inconvenient especially during family emergencies. I had a family death and because it was not 14 day notice I had to pay for a week of daycare that my dog was unable to attend. It was the most insensitive thing ever, it’s like they expect you to plan for a family member to pass away.
I’ll actually be canceling my entire enrollment soon because that was truly the last straw.
Safety and cleanliness! The ease of using the app is a plus, when I drop Mattie off I am confident that she will receive good care. The tour showed a very clean and safe facility. I don’t worry! Hands down, Dogtopia is the best!

With no hesitation their friendly staff went out of their way on our rescue dog that was badly needed of a grooming. No questions asked they took on the challenge of his grooming and made him into a new dog. We including him ,of course, say thank you. Highly recommended. Customers for life!!!!!
