I would love it if the employees interacted and engaged with the dogs, whether during activities or just while in the room. It seems like some do and some don’t.

Staff are extremely friendly and genuinely love dogs. My puppy loves going there and gets a great workout each day she attends.
The team at Dogtopia truly cares—this isn’t just a job for them. They’re attentive, patient, and treat every dog like their own. It’s clear they’re committed to making sure each pup feels safe, loved, and well cared for.
I brought my dogs in for grooming Thursday and one of them was shaved too close in his genital area and rear. I asked they shave down those area but they did blade to skin. I took him to the vet and they put him on a cream, Antibiotic and steroids.
Everyone is so friendly, helpful and positive. Our dogs love it!

We get our dog groomed every other week by Jourdan. Our dog gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot, he loves to see everyone at the front desk and they are always so kind. He loves Jourdan.
Great service and they love my dog!
My dog Maui has been going to Dogtopia Temecula for 5 1/2 years. He loves it there. Bree, Amber, all the coaches love him and he loves them. He looks forward to going. The place is very well run under Bree’s management. No complaints there. However raising daycare from $39 to $48 is staggering. I can’t afford that. For those of us that rely on Dogtopia Temecula it’s just too much money. I will unfortunately have to look for other options.

We arrived in Arizona from the east coast this past
Fall with a puppy. Beanie is very social & active. His time here at Dogtopia in Chandler has been a very positive experience. He gets excited every time we pull up to Dogtopia. Our puppy has clearly benefited from the time he has spent at Dogtopia.
Very clean, video feed, staff always present and watching, interacting, with dogs, rotation of spaces -indoor and outdoor. Super friendly employees.

I really like that they have live webcams so you can watch the pups play all day. Plus, the staff there is super sweet and they actually group the dogs by their size and personality so it's not a free-for-all. It’s worth a look if you want a spot that’s really proactive about safety. Highly recommend! They also do cute themed days with bubbles and photos.
My pups are always happy when pick them up. It doesn’t matter if it was a day, week, or 2 weeks visit. They clearly feel welcome and have a good time!
Also, the camera lets us take a look at them here and there and make sure they are ok (peace of mind for us) and the staff has always been really kind to us.

I love how the Dogtopia team greets our dog by name each time! I love how they send pictures and offer services that make boarding worthwhile and effortless.
The staff was super friendly. My dog got a bath and was so fluffy and clean.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. A small dog designated room would be a great addition.
I love being able to check in on Milo through the cameras throughout the day and the great care that is provided for him.
They are never anything short of wonderful. The care they provide is always top notch and our puppy LOVES getting to go play with her friends!
Please remove me from your lists. There was always an issue and it wasn't comfortable for me which made me feel that my puppy wasn't safe. The front desk never greeted us, said hi or smiled starting from the very first time we walked in. The manager of the front desk more than rude, she is nasty. When I wanted to remove my puppy, I had to listen to her lecture me on how she manages the front.There was a mixup with our first appointment and I simply said, "Ill check my text" to which she replied, "You don't have to check, I am telling you". Honestly, I should have just walked out instead of trying to forgive and forget. Lesson learned. It's sad because they have good reviews. Maybe others dont mind being treated that way.

Friendly, welcoming staff, make me feel comfortable leaving my dog with them. Clean facilities. Appears that everyone enjoys their job and are very efficient.
All new people, can't find me or my dog Butch in the system. Missing Day Play days I have not used. My dog comes back to me all wounded in the face on his nose! People need to get the old crew back. I've been coming to Dogtopia for a long time know it's getting terrible for me and my dog, they pretend they forgot to bath him!
