Great place and staff are great. Charley loves going there and love that they are close to home. Highly recommend them and glad I found this place
We’ve brought our dog there in the past and stopped due to him having a strong urine smell on him. Since our usual place we have taken him to was booked, we reluctantly brought him back to Dogtopia. Upon picking him up, his entire bed smelled like urine as well as our dog himself even though we paid for him to have a bath taken just hours before we picked him up.
To make things right, I would clean your entire facility very thoroughly and frequently to rid of the urine smell. It is extremely pungent even upon walking in the door. I understand it is a dog daycare, however, it should not smell that unbearable to where our dog is stinking up the entire car on the drive home.
I think it’s wonderful how you adhere to the dogs needs and you treat them like family I could see through the pictures of Miss Whitey was having a good time and she needed some interaction with other animals

I couldn-t be happier with the care my two dogs eeceive at DogtopiaRoswell. The staff is truly wonderful---so loving, attentive, and genuinely invested in my dogs well-being. I can tell my pups feel safe, adored and always come home happy, which tells me all I need to know. The Coaches have been a blessing while Im work and im incredibly grateful for the peace of mind you give me every day!

Better supervision in the playroom - some associates are on their phones - walking around but not always stopping the mounting going on

We made a reservation for our doodle. We wanted a bath and nails done. When we arrived, no mention of the bath and nails. We discussed bath and nails again. She seemed to have a good time, but no bath or nails done. Two employees were told, neither followed through. Seem to are for the animals well, but the people don't listen or follow through.

Friendly, efficient and very clean - prices are reasonable compared to other dog service companies. They made my little doxie less stressed by the experience.

The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The hours are terrific and the facilities are very clean. My dog seems to have a lot of fun and is excited to go to daycare!
My dog loves it here! I feel very comfortable knowing she is there while I’m away.
My dog seems to enjoy being there. It is very clean. The billing wasn’t explained to me so there was some confusion. It was straightened out quickly.
Professional educated staff
I love the school idea...the different rooms naps, lunch and event days...I do sometimes watch the cam...I would like to add...that there would be more play time interactions with toys, puzzles, or balls with at least 1 more staff to be able to watch the caretaker to dog ratio, especially with known big to super hyper dogs and to do stimulating there should be a system of being able to give games or toys to them during nap or rest time!!!
Since patty left, there seems to be no urgency. Lots of waiting to drop and at curbside; often unsure curbside has been noted. I do think my pets are well cared for.
