The workers are so friendly and really care about the dogs. It's very clean and convenient.

The staff is great. The pups are well cared for and gives me peace of mind that he’s not locked in a crate for the day. He always comes home exhausted!!

Friendly staff that really like the dogs. There are several staff members that hug my baby girl and give her attention. She is currently 3 and has been attending Dogtopia since she was 5 months old. Still gets excited when we are at the light about to turn into the parking lot.
The employees working at the Brick Dogtopia are exceptional They care for the dogs and I have no worries leaving my precious pet with them. I am hesitant to let her visit pet daycare places like Dogtopia in Florida, but Madison is in love with the Brick location and I trust the people who care for her which of course, is a huge part of why any pet parent would trust their precious pet to a sitter/ day care.

The groomer did a fantastic job of keeping me informed and making recommendations on Honey’s grooming. Plus, Honey’s coat now looks beautiful.

Facility is clean. Staff are friendly, helpful and have patience. I have referred many to the Dogtopia in Downers Grove and they are happy as well. I did board once. It turned out well. I was nervous because I have never boarded prior. I feel comfortable if I ever have to board again. Thank you!!
Hours, people
Many dogs (definitely mine) are taught to never go to the bathroom indoors. Mine holds on to hers during time at Garden City Park location because there is no outdoor area to relieve herself. This often results in gut issues and accidents, as well discomfort and anxiety.
Other than this, we love Dogtopia!
But can’t fully recommend, or use ourselves, except for emergencies.
