Friendly, convenient, accommodating. The only thing I’ll note that may be a deterrent for people, the prices are high.

Dog Topia has made an incredible difference in being able to manage our pet and family schedules. It's been the best experience. We tried 2 other kennels that couldn't meet our family/pet needs.
Highlight of our pups day
Grateful Dogtopia was able to take my Sophia in for boarding at the last minute. The staff was very friendly as well.
Dogtopia greets my dog and myself as if we are family. I know he is well cared for and loved at Dogtopia. The workers have a way of making every family feel like they are their favorite! It is an extremely welcoming environment!

The staff at the North Austin location take great care of both my dogs. Whenever I drop them off, I can go and do what I need knowing they're with people who genuinely care who will keep them safe while giving them plenty of play opportunities!

Our dog Rex absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. He loves all the staff, but especially loves Luke and Carolyn!! Not sure what you do to make this such a happy place for dogs, but you clearly know what Canines love. From the human standpoint, y'all are so easy to work with and are accommodating when plans change. You have saved us on short notice more than once.
Friendly, safe, all around great experience! My pup is very anxious and shy - but he gets so excited to go to "school" and see all of his friends. He also very people shy, but the staff make him feel so comfortable.
The Staff!
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My dog absolutely loves going to daycare here and hates to leave his friends when it’s time to come home.
I love Dogtopia. They always have fun activities for the dogs and the environment is very much like a family environment. Everyone is always so happy to see our dog and shows great care and love when taking care of her. We are glad we have Dogtopia in our neighborhood, a place and people we can trust with our beloved family pet.
Great service overall. Great care for the dogs. However, webcam for Romper is often on the fritz. Toybox camera is always working, so not sure why the Romper camera has many problems.
It's like a one stop shop. Daycare, overnight if needed, bath and nail clipping. I have saved money since using their services.
I had such an amazing experience with Dogtopia on University! I had a last-minute need for boarding for our two girls, Billie and Lucy, and they got us in the very next day for their evaluation. They took the time to make sure our pups were a good fit- both for their own safety and for the dogs already there for daycare and boarding, which I really appreciated.
One of the owners, Sophie is incredibly kind and approachable, she could tell I was anxious about leaving my pups and even took me on a personal tour to help ease my mind. The staff was equally wonderful, so kind, caring, and genuinely affectionate with Billie and Lucy.
I also added a nail trim while they were there, and Lucy’s nails have never looked better! When we picked them up, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and completely tuckered out from all the play and attention.
I’m so grateful to have found Dogtopia on University and feel confident saying your pups will be in excellent hands here! 🐾
Everyone at Dogtopia Valley Forge is friendly and super knowledgeable about dogs! Our dog is excited for day care the second we get into the car in the morning and loves all of the staff, activities, and dogs.
My dogs love it there, I never have to worry about if they are taken care of.
I like that the workers are friendly with the dogs. Just like you wouldn’t want a mean teacher around your kids I want a friendly loving person around my dogs.
The Staff and how much they love our dog! I never worry about her safety, and know she is getting lots of playtime and love. They do so many awesome things for the pets each week, and every holiday is so much fun with the pictures and events they do. They put so much effort into what they do, and it is why we continue to go there and also recommend to anyone who asks! The staff are all kind people who do amazing jobs day in and day out. We are thankful for each and every one of them!
