The entire staff is very welcoming with our dog. They know his name and are always attentive to his needs. They have engaging games to work their minds and plenty of room to run and play.
My mini schnauzer, Otis, loves Dogtopia. He gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Otis is always excited to see them and loves the attention they give him. I like that I can see him playing on the cameras. This makes me feel better when I can see how they are running things and see how he's being treated.
I cannot say enough amazing things about this doggie daycare! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed like family. Every single employee is absolutely awesome. They are kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely love what they do. You can see it in the way they interact with the dogs.
Most importantly, they make my dog feel completely at home. That peace of mind is priceless. I know when I drop my pup off, they’re not just being watched, they’re being cared for, loved on, and treated like one of their own.
Updates on how their visits were either daily, weekly, or monthly. Also it would be nice to know if the dog has specific friends they get along with to connect with owners. I also enjoyed the picture opportunity for VDay and more opportunities should be available to bring home memories if not already doing so. Staff is wonderful and super friendly!

I have always been hesitant to take my dogs to a facility with so many other dogs, but wow am I impressed with Dogtopia!! I feel safe leaving my dogs in the hands of experienced handlers. You do get what you pay for because I can trust my dogs will be taken care of and that alleviates so much stress as someone who works longer hours. Dogtopia ensures they maintain the appropriate handler to dog ratio ensuring safe play amongst all the different groups of dogs in attendance.
We love Dogtopia. It’s so great to have a reliable place to bring and board our pet. Sometimes I think she likes it better than our home lol.
