Convenient pick up and drop off times.
We love coming to Dogtopia; unfortunately, the last two visits have resulted in our pup getting kennel cough. I hope Dogtopia can add additional dog screening, improve air movement, and enhance quality to help limit exposure.
I like that the employees all know my dogs name! And I like the different treat days to make it fun for her.

I like that they open early and stay open late. The Webcam is great because I can see what my dog is doing during the day. The staff is very friendly and always greets us when we arrive.
I love your services. The communication is excellent, and the employees all love dogs. It's obvious in their interactions. The added ability to watch them on video is something I like to do when ever my dog is there! We come there every week, and my dog gets so excited when he sees that we are in the parking lot, he whines to get in the door!

My dog got hurt recently and I wasn't informed. When I noticed her wounds and asked about it I did not get a straight answer on what happened.
It makes me extremely nervous to leave my pet in dogtopia's care. The dog now has several visible scars and several less visible ones that are hidden by fur.
I understand things can happen but I should have been informed quickly and clearly when an incident occurred.
We love dogtopia! Staff is very friendly and our food is always so excited to go!
