Ruby loves her time at Dogtopia. The people are friendly, the dogs are friendly and I love the creativity of the staff with the specialty activities and pictures. Glad to have them there every week. It makes it much easier for Ruby and me when it is time for vacation boarding. Cheers to all.
Customer service, care for my dog
Dogtopia Berkeley Heights has been a true Godsend to my family. After my dog was bitten at another daycare, I brought Rocky here and they reassured me that he was safe and would be well taken care of. Truer words have never been spoken. Rocky loves going to daycare and I love everyone there. My family just suffered a terrible tragedy and not only is Rocky greeted with open arms but so am I. Dogtopia is truly family now. I’m so grateful to have each and every one of the Dogtopia staff in our lives.
Easy to schedule, nice office staff, love the pictures, like the web cams and appreciate how clean your location is and really like the fact that the dogs are happy and clean smelling when we pick them up.
The staff really makes the whole experience great always making sure to be kind and attentive to our pup. The cameras always being on is also great to make sure we can see our girl while we are away.
Everyone is so friendly and attentive. As a typical dog mom I love the photo/theme days.

The price is a little high, and the webcams could use some upgrades. When my dog stays overnight, I would love a progress report just to know how she’s doing as well. Other than that, the staff is SO friendly and takes care of my little one so well!

We love Dogtopia - Navy Yard! Our 1 y/o Great Dane LOVES coming here. We enjoy watching her on the webcams as she plays with other dogs and attempts to get pets from staff members. The staff is super friendly and they take such good care of our Willow. They also do a great job cutting her nails. She's generally finicky with people, but she seems to love the staff here. She acts like this place is a second home. 10/10 recommend!
My dog is always very happy to go to doggy day care. The staff are very efficient in taking in my dog on arrival and returning him promptly when I pick him up.
We absolutely love Dogtopia of South Summerlin!
Our pup started his daycare journey here and always had a great day, but we moved to a different side of town and haven't been coming in about 2 years. We decided to start bringing him back and to our surprise, 2 of the staff remembered him and he remembered Dogtopia and has been ecstatic coming back.
We love everyone over there, they are all so helpful and friendly and create an amazing environment for our baby!
We LOVE Dogtopia and so does our little furry guy! The front staff, the cleanliness, and the ease of scheduling make Dogtopia in Halcyon the only place we trust to take our precious Jax. I love that when we pull up to Dogtopia to board him, he can't wait to get out of the car because he loves his friends at Dogtopia. I love that when we walk in, they are excited and greet him by name! In the years we have been boarding there, he has always come back healthy and happy and smelling so good from their excellent grooming! Best place to board in the Alpharetta/Milton area, hands down!
The staff is great and they have so many different things going on like holiday pics and treat specials. I love the web cam idea but it's really hard to see most the time.
I love the fact that my dog is so happy to go to Dogtopia. She loves spending time with the staff and other dogs!
Kim and Nikki, go above and beyond for my big nm jerk. Ernesto will jump for joy when he sees them. I had a bad health diagnoses the last 6 mos. They have gone above and beyond. Even taking crap from me on my bad days. Still sorry, about that.

The staff is all so friendly, and it's obvious they care about the dogs! My dog is reactive at drop-off, so they offered to have a staff member come to the car in the morning to bring her in. Top-notch canine and customer service! And most importantly, Baylee loves it there!
Staff are very friendly and every area is so clean.
We love Dogtopia caretakers, and all the fun activities they put on for our puppies. And my dog always come home clean and well exercised. Mel always wag her tail in the morning when we announce it is time to go to Dogtopia.
The people who work there are super friendly and you can tell they truly love dogs. I feel welcomed and very secure leaving my fur baby with them.
Stevie loves her days at Dogtopia. She has been attending since you opened and still looks forward to her visits.

I spent 4 weeks hearing complaints about him from one employee. Other employees pulled me aside and said they didn’t understand her issue

The staff is amazing! They know all the dogs names and my baby comes home and passes out.
The staff is amazing. Kolby Jax has Achromatopsia (Day Blindness) and the handlers were the ones that brough that to our attention, so we had him checked out. The attention and care that that they give the doggies is just wonderful, and to know that with Kolby Jax disease we know that he is in great hands. I would and have recommended Dogtopia to my friend and coworkers.
The prices are too high and cannot be sustained over a long period. There needs to be more enrichment for the dogs as some sit alone and do nothing.
