I am unhappy you are not open on Sundays. I'm considering using another Dogtopia that is open on Sundays.

Would use you guys a lot more if you stayed open later into the evenings, especially on weekends. Also would very much appreciate just leaving the webcams on 24/7, i.e. during nap times and overnight. Why bother turning it off at all?
Everything!!1 My baby doesn't even know who I am once I pull up. They always give you praise about your baby and everyone there is genuinely nice. It doesn't seemed force and you can tell they are 100% invested and it makes you feel comfortable about leaving your bbay with others.... Glad I found this place and I will always share with anyone who asks

Every staff member kind and engaged with the dogs. They all care about the animals there and seem happy to be at work.
Very clean and accommodating. They were also very prompt on my dogs appointment.
My favorite thing is that when I drop Sprout off or pick him up the girls always make me feel like my dog is their favorite and say how cute he is and what a good boy he is, etc. They always greet Sprout and even make a fuss over him when I bring him in for day care or for boarding. I know he is going to get excellent care. That, to me, is the best feeling when you leave your puppy in Dogtopia's care.
Staff did not answer my texts or calls. It took a long time to get back to me

Facility is safe and clean for our dog. Staff is friendly, courteous, and most of all they seem to love caring for the dogs.
The staff is awesome.
All the staff make you feel like your dog is loved and cared for. They are all so friendly and listen if you have concerns. My dog starts wining when I pull into the parking lot because he is so excited to go to “ school” 🐶😘
They genuinely care for the well being of our dogs. They provide peace of mind while we are away.

The staff are all friendly and nice. My dog loves coming here to play. There have never been any problems.
Everyone is so nice. I like that you can check in via video at any time to check in on your pup. I also love the themes, games and treats they offer
Staff was understanding and supportive. Coaches (as viewed via webcam) responded appropriately to behaviors exhibited by different dogs in the group.
