The team members are terrific - they make me feel like my pup, and every pup, if a family member! I really appreciate a trusted home-away-from-home while I’m at work or don’t want to leave him in his crate when I have appointments. The Gainesville, VA location is the best!!

I like that everyone knows who my dog is. They are very friendly and welcoming and my dog is very happy to go there and seems well taken care of when I pick her up
They have been so kind, mindful, and attentive to my dog. She is new and a bit timid, but she's getting better each time. Thr staff has been fantastic. No notes! So good.
The staff is amazing! Beyond welcoming and my dogs were immediately comfortable, which says a lot! I love that I can see my pups playing via camera. I’m extremely impressed!
Ecessive charges from the OWNER!!!! I had an overnight stay for my 2 chihuahuas and had them scheduled to be dropped off at 5pm. I received a text from Dogtopia asking me to bring them in a little early so they had time to play because they close at 5pm, so dropped them off at 3pm-3:30pm as asked. They were immediately put behind a gate separated from the other dogs and stayed there until playtime was over. I picked them up the next day at 6pm....26 hours later (remember they asked me to bring them in early). I was charged $190😵🥴!!!! They charged me an extra day of daycare because I brought them in early like they asked.The manager said the charge must be a mistake and was going to call the owner. Owner said the charges were right and i had to pay up! THEY LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES!!! I do want to mention how nice and professional the manager was and treated my dogs well; she's great.

I like the care and attention that is given to my dog Leo. He loves the playful interaction with the other dogs. He comes home brimming with excitement from his time at dogtopia. That excitement always turns into blissful sleep after he has dinner. My girlfriend and I are extremely happy with the staff and we appreciate Crystal in particular for her time and attention. We have regularly shared this with our neighbors at the Elm as an endorsement of where they should take their dogs. Thank you for providing a safe and joyful environment for Leo!
Friendly staff, clean, not overly crowded, the hours, reasonable prices, and fun activities for our pup.
My baby was ATTACKED by another dog and the manager or whatever her position is, decided to act like NOTHING happened. She even dare to say my baby and the other dog were "playing". Now I don't know what kind of planet she lives to even think leaving my baby's face covered in blood and his leg with bite marks is a sign of "playing". If I could give dogtopia 0 stars because of that individual, I definitely would! I am so disappointed at the Herndon location.

Staff very friendly and look like they love their job. Staff is also very helpful whether you call them or in person. Our dog is always happy when we pick her up.

The staff is wonderful and does a great job of managing the rooms. Each room is sorted appropriately and I never feel like my dog is overwhelmed. I love that I get report cards on how he does and who his friends are. I know he’s in great hands and I don’t have to worry when he’s at Dogtopia.
The team there treats my little guy, Milo, as if he was their own. They show him a lot of love, tenderness and caring. You never have to worry when he’s under their care.
