The staff at Dogtopia Halcyon is gracious to owners and loving to our dogs. My Goldendoodle Pinky loves spending days and nights there.

Everything so far has been amazing, we are still new customers to Dogtopia, but so far we have had an awesome experience. Your staff is friendly, and attentive, my dog gets to play and make new friends all day, and then he comes home and is so chill & sleeps and is the best cuddle bug. I am so appreciative that he has a safe, clean environment to play in and get out his energy while we are at work & the location couldn't be better, we live 5 minutes away so I am a VERY happy customer.

Dog was picked up Wednesday morning after a 3 night boarding ( 02/15/26 to 02/18/26)
Then Had diarrhea for 5 days. Always had normal stools previously.
We like how happy our dog is when going to Dogtopia and how happy he is coming home from there
My dog Blake is beloved and he loves his 2-3 days at Dogtopia at the Yard in Ivanhoe Village.
I also use them to groom him monthly. Affordable and pros at (nails, teeth, ears and sensitive skin bath) I usually get the bath with one add on. They often have special pricing for 3 services.
You can bring your own kibble for the 11am-ish feeding (in their individual clean kennel) or you may purchase from their high quality menu as a special treat or if you forget the kibble like I do!
Structured play and engagement programs are so much fun for the dogs and often result in an Instagram feature and perhaps a special gift for you when you pick up your happy (and tired) pup!
My Blake was a rescue pup. I was told by the rescue that their best guess was "a beagle, lab cross". So, no but he is our beloved, LARGE HOUND (62 LBS., 3 FT. TALL AT THE HEAD)
He loves his party play dates and needs the outlet to be a great canine companion!

My pup Snickerdoodle is safe while playing with his friends. We tried in home sitting services and twice he ingested toys that required emergency surgery. At Dogtopia since there are no toys Snickerdoodle gets his energy out while has fun with his friend. Yes, he is part of a gang of five that all play together! His BDFFs

Dogtopia Memorial is one of the best places to take your furbaby to be cared for. The staff and trainers are wonderful-they truly show that they care about our fur babies. However, I would love to see more structured dog activities or learning opportunities. When I check the cameras, I most see the dogs walking around or sitting. Adding more enrichment or so would be great for their development and engagement. Additionally, for boarding, I would feel more comfortable knowing that someone is physically present with the dogs throughout the night. Having them in kennels for 10-12 hours without overnight supervision doesn’t seem ideal or safe. Overall, I really appreciate the team and the care they provide, but I believe these improvements would make the experience even better.
I love that my dogs have the ability to socialize, burn some energy, and have fun while I’m at work or running errands. Socialization has made a drastic difference in my one pup who was afraid of everyone and everything, which caused him to be protective, and sometimes aggressive. Family members have even commented on the night and day difference of behavior since the pups have been attending Dogtopia!
I love that there’s spa as well for nail clippings and baths when needed. As I keep typing I think of more stuff I love - such at the staff of course and the events! I have the sweetest “school” pictures for each holiday!
The fact that I can see my baby on the camera. Mist of the staff I’ve met. The fact that my baby acts like he enjoys his daycare. They have worked with me when I’ve ever needed them to.
We love the staff. The cleanliness of the facility. They are always there to greet my dogs and never have up on one of my dogs. My dogs love going here and get excited when we get close. They hate leaving.
I love that everyone loves and cares for our dogs as if they were their own. They have great communication to let me know when something is wrong, and then they do their best to find solutions that work. We love Dogtopia of Viera!
Make sure there is always a proper coach to dog ratio.
Consider changing the mopping water more frequently.
Alert dog parents if their pup has been exposed to any illness while there.
The staff at Dogtopia are amazing. Daycare and boarding is perfect for two crazy puppies. They take great care of the pups and my dogs love going there. Best part, they come home so tired.

I love how accommodating your extended hours are! As a nurse with a schedule that isn’t always predictable, it truly makes my life so much easier knowing Atlas is cared for no matter what my shift looks like. He loves coming to daycare, he literally jumps out of the car and walks himself in without even looking back, which says everything. The best part, though, is knowing he’s treated like one of your own. He’s so clearly loved and genuinely cared for, he gets to play and burn off his energy, and I always appreciate hearing how great he is when I pick him up. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he’s not just being watched, he’s being valued.

It's hard to reach someone immediately. I understand that you are busy. As a Customer Support Manager with 15,000 customers I am extremely busy, I ensure that I acknowledge the customer although I may not be able to respond immediately, I at least acknowledge that I received the escalation and will contact them as soon as I can. They don't have to contact me again to remind me to contact them. I ensure that I follow up.
