Both dogs came back w kennel cough and Rosie had leaky bowels/ diarrhea for a week after. Ver expensive vet visits followed. I wonder what went on in there š©
I think when you have āCustomer Appreciationā it should be for everyone, even those NOT present that day. We pay the same prices as everyone else and it is a bit of a slap in the face.
We are nervous pet parents who have struggled to bring our two dogs to daycare, but the experience has been amazing. Dogtopia staff members are getting to know our dogs individually and helping with recommendations to make the transition easier for them. It has been a great experience, and while the dogs are still acclimating, the parents are feeling much better about it.
They just love my Surely girl! I brought her in as a puppy and they kept an eye on her, made sure she was adjusting, having a good time, and getting plenty of exercise. There was no pressure for a crazy upsell, training, treats, anything like that. Just happy to see my girl, happy to see her have a great day, and happy to introduce her to the pack.
My dog has a great time, it is just really expensive!

Our dog absolutely loves Dogtopia Northwest Raleigh! Great variety of services from boarding, daycare, and grooming all in one spot. I frequently will turn on the WebCams and see the trainers walking around giving each dog attention and encouraging group play with bubbles or toys. They love what they do!

Staff took their time to give me a lot of information and answer any questions / get to know my dog during his meet and greet, staff are super friendly and the place seems to be very professionally run.
Excellent service, facilities, and staff. Feels like I am leaving my dogs with a trusted family friend who genuinely cares about them. Nothing but good things to say.

I do wish there was more than one person in the morning taking the dogs back. Iām sure thereās a reason. It would make the drop off more efficient.

Only day care my dog has ever shown any kind of excitement going to :) Staff is very professional and knows my two dogs well. Never had an incident and this is genuinely the only place I trust my dogs are in good hands if I have to overnight board.

Since my pup was only daycare 1 day, I need more visits to make a different informed decision.
The staff love our dog as much as we do! Our border collie canāt wait to get there in the morning and comes home happily tired. Drive up drop off/ pick up service is a an added bonus.
Everybody is super friendly. They know me and my dog on sight, and my dog seems to always enjoy being there. I also love the spa services and suite accommodations.
