Friendly stagf!
First of all, this was not the first time my dog was at the Ghent facility. No one at this facility is on the same page. When I requested services, the same I have done in the past. I got this story on how some dogs; your facility knows my pup, if something is off then I need to know. Then I asked for the clips to prove my dog had agility that day, i get no response. The time before I got a courtesy call right before, I let them know I am not one that sits on my phone. I do work and have things to do. Also, the agility would not have been in question had it not been offered. I guessed that because it was one on one, he was able to do it. My dog's toenail was not Dremeled. as I requested. So, no I have no intentions on going back. That one man is very rude. I do not trust their words or care for my pup. When then brought my pup out they let them drag them. Anyone that knows anything about dog handing and training should not let a canine drag when on a gentle lead. So, my guess it's just a free for all for the chosen there. I do not trust them or their judgement. So, when he is neutered, he will not be back.
Our dogs love going! The convenience of drop off and they can get a bath also.

Very satisfied with the friendly and caring staff. My pup comes home tired, but happy, very happy at a day well spent romping and playing with his fur buddies.
Hubby and I have dropped our three dogs off a few times already. I watch them in the web cams once in an awhile, and looks like they’re having fun. I know one thing for sure / they come home exhausted. All the employees that we’ve dealt with seem very knowledgeable and they’re all as sweet as can be.
Love all the special treats and special occasions for the dogs. Great support for this woman owned and women run business!

My dog loves to come and play with everyone at the daycare. We love the little things they do every month as special events. We also love the spa as we can bring him in for his normal day and get him a bath while he's there.

We have had such a great experience with Dogtopia! Our pup absolutely loves going and loves all the canine coaches. Her little tail wags so fast when she sees her friends (human and dog alike)! Thank you for taking such good care of our little wiggle butt!
To be honest your dog grooming dept. Could use better groomers .. not very good.. coat very choppy and uneven, hair between paws were not cut clean.. over all a bit disappointing!! But I will try one more time because I really like the place ..

The crew there at the Bakersfield Dogtopia is amazing and super friendly. They know dogs and have created a great experience for not only our two pets but also us paw parents! The app is super easy to utilize and very convenient. The amenities are clean and I’m able to log into the app to see them play live. Keep up the great work.

I like that I can go on vacation and not worry about my dog. It’s great that he can go and be around other dogs, he loves it. I like that I can pull up the webcam and see him playing. I always highly recommend Dogtopia.
