Friendliness and cleanliness.
Everything was perfect!
It’s early as I’ve only been a couple of times. But so far everyone has been great and my dog really seems to like it.
We often come home without our pet’s food bowl. It then makes for an interesting feeding time as it’s a slow feeder. And it the requires a trip back to retrieve the bowl. Our pets love the coaches and care they receive when at the facility.
More dog fun play and dogs' love cuddle and etcs photos put on bulletin board will make me more smile.

All of the employees are friendly and helpful. They all know my dog and always greet her with a smile. After her first overnight stay at Dogtopia, they kept be informed about her eating habits and how well she did. When I had a billing issue, they were quick to resolve the matter.

My dog was boarded for the first time and contracted giardia. I called Dogtopia West Frisco and the manager still has not followed up. We've had a good experience up until we boarded so don't know what the deal is now. Very disappointed and don't think we'll return.
Staff is caring, professional and can tell they care. It has a very positive and welcoming environment plus love the events calendar!
The manager, Amanda is on top of it and the stall all take really good care of my dog. They communicate with me if needed.
The place is always spotless and smelling fresh and clean, and the workers are always courteous and the dogs out there
Grooming services are great! They listened to the special places to do extra cuts and my dog came out happy and enjoying the treatment he received.

All new people, can't find me or my dog Butch in the system. Missing Day Play days I have not used. My dog comes back to me all wounded in the face on his nose! People need to get the old crew back. I've been coming to Dogtopia for a long time know it's getting terrible for me and my dog, they pretend they forgot to bath him!
I would love it if the employees interacted and engaged with the dogs, whether during activities or just while in the room. It seems like some do and some don’t.

My dog seems to love going there. As soon as we get near the place he barks and his tail wags with excitement. When I look at him on the Webcam he's always playing and looking happy. It's a good fit for him.
