The staff is friendly and very welcoming to my dogs. The facility appears neat and clean. I like that I can check in on my dogs through the web cams. I like that there is an outdoor play area although I am not sure if my dogs have been outside yet.

My two English Bulldogs pull me into the building and know and love the staff who are patient with them. They are happy campers there. Plus its a clean place and plenty of activities for the dogs. .

I don't understand why I'll pay for an overnight boarding for multiple nights, and the boarding includes daycare EXCEPT on the day we pick up the dogs. So, then the last day costs $100... that's asinine. Also, they only charge me like that sometimes, not every time. What's the scam here?

This Dogtopia isn’t doing as well as it used to. I don’t know if it’s short staff or what. The dogs seem to be put in crates when you drop them off in the morning or stay in crates for a longer period of time before the staff gets them out. Before this happening, I was very satisfied with the care my dog received and would recommend them to anyone.
I love everything about Dogtopia! My dog, Pringle, is a very anxious dog. When I mention going to play with friends (Dogtopia) he goes crazy with excitement and I can’t get him to the car fast enough. It is so reasonable priced and he loves it! The staff at both locations are all awesome and some have helped me out with Pringle when I’ve needed it at home! The facilities are clean, never smell and I feel the team loves and are taking care of my pup! We have been going for about 3 years and have no plans to stop!

I don’t know anyone who would be able to pay the rates for service so I can’t recommend your services. Even I can’t afford to bring my dog in regularly

Dogtopia will always hold a special place in our heart and our pups’! Everyone always greets us with a smile and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs. Our dog is always so excited to be at Dogtopia and I can’t recommend Dogtopia enough.
All the staff are friendly and helpful. They quickly respond to questions. My dog loves his visits to Dogtopia and I know he is being well cared for.
I like that they have 3 separate rooms for varied play/sizes/speeds of energy. Other daycares separate the dogs by fences but this doesn't necessarily help introverted dogs who need more quiet space. Also, enjoy the fun and creative activities like bacon flavored bubble day! Excited to see how Boo reacts to this!

Cleanliness of facilities
Everything! Dogtopia Winter Park is A-1 in every aspect. Very customer service oriented which is rare in today's world. And my canine companion loves Dogtopia even more than I do if that's possible!
My dog always has the best day. I love knowing he’s safe and happy. The staff is incredible.
Daycare hours are early and evening is later ,I'm always stuck in traffic.
