Friendly staff, takes Sadie back as soon as we walk in and I like the webcams when they are working.
The facilities are clean and very well organized. The staff members are amazing, and our dog is always excited and happy whenever we bring her in.
Friendly atmosphere and staff
Friendly, professional, nice and clean and they treat my dogs very well. I'd recommend it to anyone that loves they're pets like family.
Staff is amazing. Place is clean. Everything is well oiled.
Only mild concern I have is the video feed is glitchy. Not sure if out is a bandwidth issue orb that bit it stalls often. I like watching and learning how my pup interacts with other dogs.

Great groomer. Really appreciate that she’s able to manage scheduling so that my dog doesn’t have to be there for too long.
Love that I don’t have to get out of my car. Webcams are an amazing addition. Price is fantastic!

Fiirst you sold me a spa package for my dog. And when my card you had on file annual date expired. I told you the new date.Thought all was fine then. When I toke my dog in for a spa day you charged me more then my spa package monthly cost.When I asked why you gave me the excuse that I didn’t give you the renew date on my card that I did. Then you said owner canceled my package without notification cause new policy is you have to do day care for spa package. And then another time you burned my dog’s tail and denied when I showed you picture. Then I mentioned it could have been the blower you denied it without any other reason why. Inspite of all this I decided to still do grooming with Dogtopia just less frequent. And just this week when I went to pick of my dog. You said my dog can’t go there anymore cause he pooped himself and it was more work for groomer. Also said he behaved badly cause he crawled @ kennel. Could it have been cause he needed to poop? You want him there all day but can’t understand the dog might need to go to bathroom in 4 hours really!
Needless to say I live in neighborhood and I won’t ever recommend you to any dog owners @ dog parks and around hood. Do you really understand dogs questionable from my experience.
Dogtopia White Flint has a wonderful staff - they are very caring and professional. My dog is always well cared for and happy when she is ready to be picked up!

My dog is always excited to go to Dogtopia! The staff is amazing and curbside service makes drop off and pick up fast. Making reservations in the app is easy, and I love the special picture days.
All the employees are so lovely! I can tell the really love my dogs and enjoy having them there!
They did a great job with a tough little customer
My dog has been coming to Dogtopia for a while but I honestly think he is spending more time in then the than outside to play with other dogs. I know mine is super hyper, a little crazy, but I wish he would have more time outside the crate. I say this because I am constantly checking on the camera. Every time I check, he’s in the crate. Also, I am noticing behavior difference among trainers. There are some trainers who love to pet certain dogs but not others. I wish there were consistencies across the board.
I feel the staff treats my dog as if it was theirs. Very attentive and communicative.

I honestly don't know what I would have done while raising my puppy if I didn't find Dogtopia. It allows me to drop him off to be social somewhere while I'm off at work instead of him staying home alone, and gets all of his energy out so that he's not destructive out of boredom. The staff are also so friendly and I love talking to them every dropoff and pick up. The events they host are also all so cute, and I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Everything! Dogtopia is a very important part of Layla’s life🐾. And our’s as well ! The best daycare you could give to your pet to enrich their minds🐾, with all their creative activities and to make new friends.
I love how sweet the staff is to our girl, Duchess, and that everyone goes above and beyond to make sure all of the pups have fun and do activities!
The people who work there and the web cams are great!
Everybody is so kind and the meet and greet was fun and very informative. Our dog loves and enjoys going his three days a week and his handlers he jumps for Joy wants to get in and go see all his friends and the people that take good care of him during the day. They had to smile and a kind hello when you walk in or when you picking up. Customer service is great my questions are always answered whether it's let me check on that or answer an email or a text message.
Everyone is ver friendly & courteous. The dogs all seem to like being there too !
Very friendly and good with dogs. They answer any questions and make you feel confident that your dog is in good hands. They have activities to do every week. They cook lunch every day and they give healthy snacks. My dog loves it I bring her to play with the other dogs. She also gets groomed there as well. One stop shop
