So great
There is limited interaction with the nice dogs. My dog Loba always seemed lonely, and when I shared my concerns with the staff they apologized that they primarily focused on the troublesome dogs.
I love that there are cameras so I can check in with my dogs, and the staff are lovely. I just don't like that my dogs receive little to no interaction. But I am grateful that Dogtopia is an option.
The staff is amazing. Michael was so patient with us when explaining everything about dogtopia! I’m so happy my furry friend (bailey) will get to have fun while i’m at work.

Staff members are great, and most importantly, my dog seems happy to go there and stay if he needs to. Love the cameras to check in as well. The app makes everything easy to schedule and services are reasonably priced.

I didnt get enough feedback from them about my dog. Whether or not she ate....etc...
But I know she was happy there and well taken care of

I like everything about the service I receive. The staff are happy. My dogs are happy. It’s clean, organized. The workers really want you and your dogs to feel happy and confident about the care the dogs receive. Rita the groomer is so good with my big nervous dog.

LOVE Dogtopia for their fabulous staff that clearly love the dogs and takes such good, nurturing care of their well-being. Being able to watch the interactions on the web camera is a great benefit, and I enjoy seeing the foster dogs play and get good socialization. We have Texas Husky Rescue Alumni who continue to play and have boarding visits even after their time in boarding as a foster is over. That says a lot about how much we value the team and their commitment.
Dogtopia responded quickly to my on line request. Peanut was evaluated the next day. He was able to spend the rest of the day to acclimate to a new place . The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about dogs. Peanut had a great time.

On Saturday morning, Max was left alone even though only about 6 dogs were present. No encouragement was given to him to play.
I think the only drawback for me is they use the restroom indoors. I don’t think anything can prevent that. However, they think that’s ok at home. We did have an incident on our first day that wasn’t pleasing but not sure that could have been prevented either.
Please review incident from 8/22. Timid Henry was placed in kennel and attempted blow dry despite my verbal request for towel dry - and discussion of him never being blown dry before. Tried to bite at bars until he bled and cut up his lips and tongue. Vet examination pending on Monday. My rescue lab Beagle is further traumatized from carelessness. 0/10 recommend.
