Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent visits to our lobby didn’t meet your expectations. We do have times when the lobby can feel cluttered, especially when many dogs are going home and we gather everyone’s belongings up front to ensure nothing is missed.
Cleanliness is very important to us, and we continually work to maintain a welcoming environment for pets and their parents. We’ll continue reviewing our procedures to make sure all areas reflect the high standards we strive for.

Everyone is super nice and my dog loves going!
Riley loves going to daycare! People at Dogtopia treat Riley like part of their family. This has definitely has helped with Riley’s separation anxiety and help her with her meet other dogs.
Everyone knows Louie by name! Very little employee turnover, Aly makes intelligent decisions for our 4 legged friends well being

Our dog goes crazy as we approach Dogtopia. When go inside he seems to forget about us and can’t wait to see his fur buddies.
My dog, Jack, is very social and going to Dogtopia is the highlight of his week!
The best part for me is to be able to drop him off for the day or overnight when something unexpected comes up. This has happened quite a bit lately as I care for an elderly friend. I leave him with total piece of mind that he will be well taken care of. Jack loves it and I love that he loves Dogtopia ❤️
First let me say that the staff was pleasant, the center is clean and bright and the dogs appear to be happy. Gia seemed to enjoy her doggie daycare 6 hour stay the day before her overnight.
My disappointment comes from Gia's overnight. I requested a suite overnight, with special dietary needs, extra breaks, and a bath. I gave an almost full page outline as asked of what I brought, how it should be administered and what Gia is used to. She has no gall bladder and cannot process most foods. Now, I understand that things have to be a bit different from normal schedules because she is not the only one. However, I brought 2 cans of her food and there should have been 1/2 can left. I brought a probiotic tablet to be given, 2 snacks per day. When I arrived to pick her up, I discovered that either she was not fed at all or not fed her food on the 2nd day because I was handed back 1 and 1/2 cans of food, her 2nd day of snacks and the probiotic tablet. The staff could not identify whether or not she had been fed, but based on the form, it appeared she had not been fed her second day and not even given her snacks. I can't trust that she was given the extra breaks nor placed in her own suite. Good news is she survived, but has had bowel issues since then. I may try again, because like I mentioned, it appears to be a good place for the dogs, but it won't be without discussing things more in depth and with some guarantees that she will be provided for as outlined and as paid for. There are other places that are cheaper in my area, but I bring my dog here because of the pleasant environment, friendly staff, the events, and because my dog is so used to this place. This is his home away from home. Even though we dont have a membership, they still treat us as family
I love the dogtopia Coppell location. My 3 dogs are happy and love playing with the other pups. They come home tired. The staff are friendly, professional and really care for the pups. It is so reasonable priced.
They are very attentive and the dogs are always supervised. I highly recommend this business.

Oliver got kennel cough! He is vaccinated and I understand that it is a requirement so how did he get it? Very disappointing
The staff genuinely loves animals. They love and treasure my pet. I feel comfortable boarding my dog for long trips. I can check on him by video. He is always happy to go to Dogtopia and never looks back at me when I drop him off.
I cannot get the webcam for the Romper room to work consistently. The toy box and gym work fine all the time. Needs to be addressed
More play would be good.

Friendly - care about all dogs - with them in the room watching unwanted behavior like unnecessary humping (funny not funny) - lots of services - fun play days - clean - live video. We love it here!

The lobby smells like urine on my last several visits . One might wonder how clean the rest of the da pith is if the lobby isn’t clean. The lobby is messy and cluttered with stuff.
