Great place for daycare..they are a great staff and I know the time my dog is there will be worry free for me and an awesome best day ever for him..Duke has been “out of school for Xmas” as my granddaughters say and he can’t wait to come back on 1/8..

The staff at Upland is amazing. First and foremost, they really do care about my dog. He’s been going there since a puppy, and at first he had so much separation anxiety that he wouldn’t even walk through the door willingly. Now a year later, he loves it there, and that’s because of the wonderful staff that patiently worked with him and gave him what he needed to feel safe.
Thank you to Mercedez, Crystal, Junior, Leslie, and everyone else at Upland Dogtopia that has treated Akuma with the best of care and attention. And thank you for all the wonderful communication and photos to keep me in the loop. I can’t imagine any better experience for pet daycare.

Our dog, Tex has been going to Dogtopia Chandler for a few years now. He goes to doggie day care and loves being with his fur friends. The staff members are excellent with our little guy.
He also stays overnight when we are out of town. We never worry about his health and well-being. This is a great place for your pet!!

Quick to greet. Cheerful employees. Quick to get puppy at pick up. Ease of setting appointments with the dogtopia app. The webcam. Knowing my puppy is being taken care of by a caring staff.
My puppy is always excited to arrive and exhausted when he leaves. Every team member makes sure he’s well cared for.
There have been some changes to the welcoming attitude of some of the staff. Sometimes it seems as though it’s an inconvenience that I am there to drop off or pick up an dot makes me uncomfortable.
Also, it would be nice if they provided some activities or things for the dogs to do instead of sitting in the room all day. Whether it is bubbles or obstacles or fetch or something to engage the dogs and social activities.
There used to be more things going on throughout the weeks and months, but it seems to have died down some.
We have been sending our furbaby to Dogtopia for a year now and can say it's definitely been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Wrigley was about 4 months old when he started and he seems to love every minute. He plays with friends, does activities, and enjoys yummy snacks almost everyday. We work full-time so during the day he enjoys the time with his friends instead being stuck at home waiting for us. The staff at Dogtopia are amazing at welcoming all the puppies in every morning and love them as their own while they are there. We could not ask for a better team.

Dogtopia Daycare has been absolutely wonderful for my dog, Daisy. She is a highly anxious pup and very wary of change, so finding a place where she feels safe and comfortable means everything to me. The staff here are incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely loving toward her—they truly understand her little quirky self. Daisy adores the other dogs and always comes home happily exhausted (in the best way). It’s so clear that the team truly cares about creating positive experiences, not just for Daisy, but for every dog in their care. I’m so grateful to have found a daycare that treats her like their own.
My dog is very elderly and needs to always stay in a suite. I had been told by Dogtopia staff in the past, that he is always booked in a suite when I send over my boarding request. When I dropped him off for his most recent stay I verified that he’d be in a suite, like usual, and I was told there wasn’t one available. I should’ve been notified of this when I made the request. I had no other option, so I had to leave him with you for his stay. When my husband came to pick him up at the end of his stay he was given our dog’s destroyed dog bed. He was told they had to wash it. The dog bed cover has been ripped apart. It was not like that when we dropped it off, nor does my dog destroy things like his bed. He’s had this bed for several years and it always the one we send him with for his stays at Dogtopia. I’ve washed it many times over the years and it comes out of the wash in the same condition it was when it was put in. I’m not sure how you all destroyed it. I called and spoke with someone about it and was told I’d get a call about it, but I haven’t. It’s been 4 days.
We have been taking our 56lb Chocolate Lab to Rocklin Dogtopia since very shortly after they opened the business. She LOVES her Thursdays in their Daycare - and we enjoy having Thursdays to ourselves. Dogtopia has three, separate, playrooms in which they accommodate dogs of different sizes

My dog loves it there! I like the fact that you have camera's in the rooms to be able to pop in and watch the dogs. That fact alone cinched it for me when I was deciding between 3 other highly rated dog daycare's in the area.
The staff is all very nice and welcoming and they seem to care very much about the well-being of all the dogs.

The team is super wonderful, Gorka loves it there. Previous daycare did not have the skilled staff to work with a high energy husky, but this team is quality and such great care.

My dog is happiest after a full day of play at Dogtopia of Alexandria. Every employee has genuine interest in and care for my dog when I drop off/pick up. The livestreamed rooms during the day let me see my pet is having fun and being well cared for. I would highly recommend this business to anyone with a dog or considering getting a dog.
Dogtopia Meridian North is the absolute BEST! All the team members are so thoughtful and take such good care of our Whimzy! We couldn't even imagine not having them in our life and for the care of our sweetest girl, and so grateful for them!

What’s upsetting is the cost of services. I understand that everything is getting more expensive but your level of service is not getting better and we’re now paying more in the new year. We don’t get photos of our dogs anymore, there really no check ins, when you try to view in on cameras their turned off or don’t work. It doesn’t look like the staff is interacting in the rooms. I’ve heard of other places in the area doing activities with the dogs and playing 1:1 when possible and it’s not an extra charge. My dog loves going, but we can definitely up the quality of services especially when the price is going up too.

The staff and trainers genuinely love and take care of the fur babies. They actively engage with them and shower them with love, time, and attention. I trust them with everything in me.
We love Dogtopia. It provides great space for our puppy to learn to engage with other dogs. My only comment relates to keeping the pups clean. Our dog often comes home with an odor. It may be the cleaning solution or dog play. This may be hard to adjust but that is my only noteworthy comment.
Audie is always so excited to come to Dogtopia! He loves all of the staff and the doggie friends he has made there, and I love knowing he is safe and happy while I'm at work. He comes home tired in the best way. We just boarded for the first time and it was a great experience. I loved being able to look in on him from afar via the webcams (he seemed to be having too much fun to be missing me much, haha, which is what I'd hoped for). The fun photo shoots and special treat days are icing on the cake. We are incredibly grateful for Dogtopia and all of their services!
