The staff are top notch! Very understanding of my dog's needs and always willing to address any issues that come up. Super place to take my dog and know they are going to be taken care of all day long.
Dogtopia is the best! Drop off and pick up are super easy and we always know Gunner is going to have the best day ever! We appreciate the fun activities they plan as well as having access to webcams. Gunner recently enjoyed a boarding stay and we were super pleased with everything.
Dogtopia is my dog’s favorite place to be (besides home). He loves it so much and is always so excited to be dropped off.

Failed to supervise two aggressive dogs and one attacked mu puppy who was just standing there. No support from dogtopia. My poor dog got stitches and I got stuck with a heafty ER vet bill.
There whole attitude was not there problem

If possible, wash bedding before pick up. My dog's bedding had black paw prints all over it

I check the webcams every day. Most of your staff were wonderful! However, one looked afraid of the small dogs and stood in a corner a lot with no interaction with the dogs
I would recommend Dogtopia to my friends, but the first thing I would warn them about is the unreliable webcams.
This is a family. They make you feel welcome, they make you feel cared for, and they make you feel like you matter. They are amazing and take incredible care of my dog. He needs meds from time to time and provide these at the exact time that he needs them and they have to be given in a time sensitive. I just with they had overnight people there to watch the dogs so I could board him, as he has seizures and needs someone to be present.
I love how excited my dog gets when I ask her if she wants to go play with her friends. The staff is very professional and friendly.
Very, very friendly staff who are always so sweet to my little guy, Arnie. The facility always looks very clean, and it's decorated in such a creative and fun way for Halloween right now. The kindness of the staff is truly wonderful.

The staff is professional and friendly and maintain a safe environment. I know Enzo is in good hands when I leave him. He has an amazing time and gets so excited when he sees the building. So I know he loves going because he starts wiggling before we hit the parking lot.
Staff is great! Always offering to help. They genuinely love the dogs. My dog can't wait to get in the door. This is his first encounter with other dogs. He's a rescue and really happy with his school days. How about playing soft music for them at different times thru the day ? Also are there simple circle games for them to learn to play as a group ? Not easy but it might be fun for furries and handlers ? Keep up your good job. 🐕
The staff is amazing! They all go out of their way to make everything easy and seamless. Our dog LOVES it there, and we're happy to know he's having fun and is safe.

The smell of the furbabies after a day of play. More often than not they smell of urine. Stella and Cas are family they get on my furniture they sleep in my bed. Our previous facility had no issues in returning them the same way they came- im hoping to experience this here as well. Staff is friendly and communicates daily activities and sends photos, report cards- all which are greatly appreciated.

I know my dog is in a safe environment and has fun and gets lots of attention. Everything is run very efficiently and has my dog’s best interest in mind. All dog handlers are such dog lovers and I feel my dog is very welcome at Dogtopia of OP.
The team is amazing with my Chewy. They are always so excited to see him and he looks so handsome when he is done.

Didn’t tell me the pricing upfront and even though my pets have the vaccine they still got kennel cough from there
I cannot say enough great things about Dogtopia, Kara, Hailey, Melissa and the whole team. The way you love on my dogs, and how safe I feel with them coming to you is a comfort that I cannot put a price on.
