Super wonderful staff. They take great care of our dogs. Very clean facility. Can watch your dogs during their stay. Just can't say enough about this place. Our dogs love going there. Have a groomer which helps with our dogs not being stressed by going to a separate place for grooming. LOVE THEM!
My dogs love the staff. They’re always helpful and courteous. The Frisco/Preston location is great.
Friendly & happy employees, fun treats, great groomer= happy puppies and happy mommies.
I hesitate to recommend overnights with no staff on site all night with the dogs. Also, a bell in the lobby would be great, I spend way too much time waiting there in hopes someone notices. Lastly, the camera positions need to be adjusted to better see the dogs in the rooms.

Our Maltese, Nash, LOVES it when he gets to go to day play with his friends at Dogtopia. There are lots of little dogs for him to hang out with and he thinks that the humans there are top-notch as well. If he could talk (or type), he’d leave a 5-PAW review!
Nash loves Dogtopia….maybe not as much as he loves hot dogs….but it’s definitely up there on his list of faves!!!!

Dogtopia of Norwell is run like a family. Everyone there knows my dog's name and her personality and her habits. The Director gets down on the floor and pets her before we leave for the day. The staff is very attentive, even with the large volume of attendees. They make us feel like our little one is special.

This is the first place that I have felt like Ruby was cared for in the same way she would have been at home. It’s hard to leave our 4-legged family members, but First name removed and the staff made it a soft place to land for us all! I hope to never board anywhere else again!
I love how my dogs are greeted when I drop them off. They are always so excited to see everyone (humans and BFFF's).
We love the friendly staff and all the activities they do with our pup Remy! She loves going there and we always have peace of mind knowing she’s cared for and having the best time!

All I know is that my dog gets CRAZY excited when she realizes she's going to DogTopia, and then comes home happy and exhausted at the end of the day.
The Staff is friendly and very caring for our Siberian Husky.
They are also very willing to help.
We have been using Dogtopia for many years and love the staff. However, the last two times our dog has come home extremely ill with loose stools. She has had to go on medication and the first time we didn’t think she was going to make it. I thought it was just from another dog but the second time she also got very ill the same way. I’m wondering if the cleaning procedures have changed or changing the water, etc. She is never sick and both times have been this year and directly linked to her boarding.
Dogtopia is very convenient for me considering I work right down the road so when I’m working longer days and it’s easier for me to drop her off and pick her up, she seems to have a good time in there
Henry loves his time at Dogtopia North Austin. He comes home happy and exhausted from playing with his pals. I love that he is safe and loved by the staff. It's a win-win!
The staff always greets me with a smile and great attitude. They genuinely seem to care about the pets and observe and report information to me about my little guy.
My only recommendation is to have someone always at the front desk or have a bell on the counter. Drop offs & pickups take up to 15 minutes because the front desk is not staffed.
We have been taking our dog to Dogtopia of Haywood Road for over two years, and we couldn’t be happier!
We have a dog that is normally very anxious, but she is totally a different dog when she comes to play at Dogtopia! She absolutely LOVES all the dog coaches there, and gets so excited on the drive to Dogtopia when she recognizes landmarks along the way!
Our dog has also been boarded at Dogtopia of Haywood Road, and she is never hesitant on going back afterwards which speaks volumes as to how they treat her!
We would highly recommend Dogtopia of Haywood Road to anyone who wants to have their fur babies pampered and loved by professional and caring coaches!
