The staff is great and my dog is always excited to go inside when we pull up! She enjoys all the dogs and I think the staff are patient and loving to the dogs.

The staff are always friendly and helpful and we've largely had very good experiences. However when we picked up our dog last week at the scheduled time, they didn't have his blanket with his stuff. They went in the back and found it but warned us that he had soiled it and put it in a paper bag, which I said was fine. Once we got home and took it out, there was clearly excrement from SEVERAL other dogs stuck to it everywhere. Not to be graphic, but it clearly was not our small dog's poop -- the size, consistency, and smell of the clumps were definitely not from him. I'm assuming this is because it was in a laundry pile with other dogs' bedding? (even though they knew he was to leave at 7am?), but they at least could have shaken it out first or removed some of the poop. It also made me feel concerned about how much the dogs clearly poop in their kennels overnight... We ended up throwing the blanket away rather than trying to salvage it. Dogtopia will still be our go-to for care, but we wanted to bring this to your attention (in a non-public forum). Thanks for considering how things could go differently next time.

Joe and Bee love coming to Dogtopia. They are in a safe indoor environment with coaches that genuinely love their job and the dogs that they look after. It’s clean and they do ensure that all vaccines are current with all the dogs.
Staff is friendly and attentive, they provide feedback from my pets visit. You can tell they take pride in the monthly events they hold for pets and pet parents. I know my dog Roman has a wonderful time when he runs through the door and doesn’t even look back at me!
The cost is getting very prohibitive. I can pay for a dog sitter for less than what I pay bringing pups to stay there.
Ease of drop-off and pick-up, availability, cleanliness and organization, and friendly staff.
Everyone is so helpful and friendly and great with both our dogs. You can tell they genuinely care about them and all the other dogs during daycare and boarding. They helped ease our worries and gave us updates all the time.

The online cameras are not good. It’s hard to see in some rooms and they always cut out (not at the lunch time) also, the cameras sometimes get turned off early or get turned back on until an hour after they are supposed to

I would like to see a room for dogs 20lbs and under. The dogs simply walk around and are discouraged from playing as they may get too rough. Perhaps a division by size would allow them more freedom
Make sure my puppy gets water and human attention. Add a trainer to the supports.

Everything!! The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. Even when you can tell there’s a lot going on, they demonstrate patience and care. It’s a bit like kindergarten — celebrating birthdays, holidays, even sunny days! Even though there’s a scheduled “nap time”, my dog comes home worn out from playing and socializing with his dog buddies and getting lots of exercise. They offer a variety of plans to serve everyone: Mon - Fri, 2 days or 3 days/week and overnight boarding stays. Did I mention the groomers? Full grooming services are offered by appointment. (Shoutout to my favorite, Jenny!) My doodle & I love Dogtopia!
