We love that our dog is monitored by trained staff in open-play groups. Also, the playrooms are regularly sanitized to maintain a healthy space which is great, please keep this up. Finally the staff at the Fairfield location in CT genuinely care about each dog’s well-being.
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior. Top notch notices if anything is wrong. Highly recommend Dogtopia Maplewood to anyone that needs boarding, daycare or pampering. Keep up the good work.

The staff was amazing.
So far I love the friendly humans who are so caring sndv chutes to meet my pups. I leave feeling comfortable about my kids being well taken care of.
What I love most about Dogtopia is how excited my dog gets every time we arrive—it’s clear he truly enjoys being there. The environment is welcoming, clean, and full of positive energy, which gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands.
I especially appreciate the variety of activities offered throughout the day that keep him engaged, active, and social. It’s more than just daycare—it feels like a place where he’s genuinely having fun and being cared for.
One of my favorite parts is the photos and updates they share. Being able to see him enjoying his day really makes a difference and reassures me that he’s happy and thriving while he’s there.
Overall, Dogtopia has been a wonderful experience for both of us, and I’m so grateful to have a place where my dog is not only cared for, but truly enjoys himself.
The owner and staff takes the time to make your pet feel comfortable in the surroundings.. They also learn your pets distinctive personality traits to help your pet feel comfortable in the environment that best suits them. . They truly will take care of your pet with the utmost care.

Hazel had been coming since she was a puppy and she just turned 3 . The staff is amazing and so attentive. I have board her multiple times. They take amazing care of the dogs. Hazel loves to come .
The team here is incredible! Everyone is so warm and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. It makes such a difference knowing that I can completely trust them with my fur baby.
Ollie absolutely loves going, and seeing how excited he gets for his visits is the best feeling. I feel so grateful to have found a place where he is so well cared for and loved. I cannot recommend them enough!
Friendly employees. The facility is very clean. Great hours. I like to be able to check in on Cooper throughout the day through the camera system.

Dogtopia is great and my pup loves it. He knows the route and starts crying if we get stuck in traffic. I love that there are cameras in the rooms and I can check up on him and see him run around with all the other dogs when he's there. The staff is absolutely amazing. I'm not sure they know my name, but they definitely know my dogs hahaha!
Our dog is very excited to go to Dogtopia. He is exhausted when he gets home. Well cared for.

The crew works so hard and we appreciate them but our pup came home with a scrape on his nose and nothing was said about it when I picked him up. I asked about his behavior during the day and noons could give me feedback. I get it you guys are busy but maybe focus more on your core business caring for the dogs and less extra marketing stuff for people.
Kai loves it and always has a great time! He can’t wait to leave the house when we tell him he is going to Dogtopia! It gives me so much peace of mind knowing he is well cared for and socialized when he can’t be with us on vacation. Thank you Dogtopia!

Doggie daycare services seem to be well managed. My pup comes home tired, clean, and socialized, so no complaints. But, the stand-out of aspect of Dogtopia Broadripple is the staff. They've got a great team, friendly, genuinely seem to care about the animals, really excellent customer service. Services are fine, good -- staff is top-notch.
The entire staff is incredibly supportive, friendly, & caring. I have never thought I would trust leaving my furr family with anyone. I had to and searched many places and felt comfortable choosing DT. Now I’m very at ease knowing she is safe when I leave her with them.
