Dogtopia truly loves the dogs they serve, they’re all part of the family!
I love that the dogs get so much time out of the kennel playing with other dogs! Our boy is always so happy and relaxed after going to daycare.
Everything! Dogtopia Port Chester has been a lifesaver! Our dog absolutely loves being there and the staff loves him! The daycare boarding and spa services are great along with the webcams themed days and other activities! I recommend to everyone who needs dog care.

The team at Dogtopia Halcyon is amazing! They take care of my dog and I am always at ease that he is getting the attention and love and playtime he needs! The pictures sent during the day and cameras on site give me the chance to take a peek at my dog as well, giving me the peace of mind to be able to work throughout the day without worry. I'd highly recommend anyone to bring their pup here!

The staff is very friendly and there seems to be a nice mix of dogs there. Also, my dog comes home not stinking bad!
The staff is very friendly to the owners and the pups! I never worry about my dog being safe or loved while he is there.
Personal contact and updates
I like being able to socialize our dog. He is exposed to dogs on our morning walks, but cannot really play with them like he can at Dogtopia. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I also like the flexible hours for drop off/pickup after our out of town trips. We appreciate the clieanliness of the facility.
Excellent services. The employees are the best. They offer everything from daycare and boarding to Agility training and boarding also. We love Dogtopia at Halcyon! We trust them with Max our Fur-son!
Collin loves Dogtopia. He gets excited on his day to go to Kindergarden.. :-) When we say those words - the tail starts wagging. He gets a good amount of exercise and socialization.
The weekly treats and activities are exciting and enjoyable. We love it!
When I had my dog, Pippa, there it seemed like a different place. The people who were in the toy box were more connected to the dogs. The girl I saw last time I had Abby there not only ignored the dogs, she stepped over them. I realize that they’re not supposed to pick the dogs up but they could at least bend over and pet them. especially when the dogs is begging for attention. It was Abby‘s first time there and I could tell in the camera that she was scared so I think we will go back to using Wagging Tails. She just seemed happier over there.
Dogtopia is fantastic. They take great care of our Molly and she sprints in every time she gets there!
I love the staff at the Millard Location. They are great!
Bought a daycare pkg of ten days in January 2025. Dropped dogs off one time in February (2 dogs). Was hospitalized and homebound with two different surgeries. Recently able to return to "normal" activities. Dropped dogs off 11/5/25 - was told daycare pkg would not be honored. Manager stated that I was told verbally when I bought the pkg that it had an expiration of 90 days. I wouldn't have bought the pkg if that's true.
Dogs have a good time there but I can't recommend it based on business practices.

Drop off and pick up for doggy day care is efficient. Siggy comes home happy and tired.
Our dog loves interacting with the other dogs and we appreciate the staff knowledge and help correcting his behavior as needed.

My dog was left in the crate for almost 4 hours, then when I called the "coach" in the room lied, making it seem like my dog was being put in/out of the crate bc he was a CAD dog, which was a lie also. She also lied and said she had pictures of him at playtime, which was also a flat out lie. They need better, honest people working for them, it really is a shame bc my dog loves it there and had been going for 7 years. The manager/front desk was honest upon my arrival and I appreciated that after she reviewed the footage. I'm very disappointed bc my dog loves it there. Although I'm sure he didn't love being crated for no reason for almost 4 hours while all the other dogs run around and play and have fun.
Dogtopia is a wonderful place for your dog. My dog gets very excited when I tell him he is going to doggie daycare. I have been taking him for over 4 years and have always appreciated the excellent and caring staff. They greet my dog warmly and he is so excited to see everyone. They plan fun and funny events each month and overall is is a joy to take my dog to Dogtopia. I highly recommend them for both daycare and boarding.
Brie and her team are just awesome people all around. Each one is attentive to yours and your dogs needs. As soon as you walk into that door you know your dog will be taken care of fully and you can go to work or wherever you need to go knowing that your dog is in capable hands and you need not worry at all.
