The staff is amazing. charlie loves them and he’s always happy to be there. They take great care of how many he comes home in good shape the right amount of exercise and play with Rest. They’re always responsive to my calls or texts. They are friendly , kind, and hard-working!

Been a lot of years and my pup still wants to jump out of the window when we get there.
We love Dogtopia Meridian North! Gumbo always seems so happy to get to doggy day care and always is tuckered out at the end of the day. We can watch him play and the team is so patient with all the dogs. They teach them right and wrong and when they get too rough, they just put them in the cage to calm down. We have noticed this teaches Gumbo how to interact with different dogs outside of daycare. We would recommend Dogtopia to all our friends!
I love the hours offered and the carpool line. The staff is great and my dog Hazel loves to go! She can’t get there fast enough. She plays so hard that she’s exhausted when she gets home.
We love Dogtopia! This is our second dog that we've taken there since they opened in Round Rock. The staff is great, and you can tell they truly care about your pup while they're in their care. I would recommend them to anyone.
Everyone is so nice and respectful of owner and pets. I really appreciate taking my Dog somewhere I can trust will take good care of her.
My dog came home very happy and tired. Loved that they have a water feature for her to cool off. An email update would have been awesome just to have heard how she was doing, but I also could have sent one and asked. We will be back!

Poor grooming for the fee charged. My dog’s fur was unevenly cut throughout his body with areas missed. I will not be bringing him back.

Staff is wonderful and my dog loves it.
There seems to have been a shift in overall cleanliness, oversight, and culture over the last few months. I’ve been bringing my dog to Dogtopia for years, and I used to be able to regularly view the cameras (now they’re barely on), and I would always see people cleaning (now the facility is visibly lacking regular mopping and vacuuming, etc), and most importantly I always felt my dog was in good hands because there were trained professionals in the room with them at all times - that seems to no longer be the case. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue, a leadership issue, or a combination of several things but the last 2 times I’ve had my dog there, there was only one person on site when I dropped off and picked up and they were sitting at the desk - not one person in a room with any of the dogs. That is paramount to safety and to be able to react quickly to a situation. Also, the person who was there could be heard screaming at the dogs from the back when I came in to drop off my dog - that’s not how I treat my dog nor how I would ever expect someone I’m paying and entrusting with my dog while I’m away to treat them. There used to be fun activities - those have seemed to stop. I’m not confident my dog is placed in the correct type of boarding suite vs regular, I’m not confident they’re actively doing cuddle time or any extras I’m paying for. I’m pretty disappointed in how it seems to have gone downhill from where it was just a year or so ago. I’m not sure what happened but I’m considering looking elsewhere.

Staff is great! Super encouraging and friendly, answer all the questions I have. My dog is newer to a day care and have not yet left for an overnight. Only concern sometimes is that the pup room seems to have so many dogs of different sizes and worry hard to watch them all or intercede if needed. I do believe they are opening another room soon and so may be a moot point shortly. So far, so good!
