Service and people were fantastic...no complaints. However, ther was nothing for the dogs to do except chase each other around.....no toys, activities, minimal play items. My dog was shy and timid....did not acclimate well in that environment.
Staff knows Ella by name and her terperment.

Friendly staff. My lab is so excited to go there and when we go into the parking lot he starts jumping and barking in the car. Has really helped with his energy levels and socialization with other dogs.
My little guy LOVES coming there! When he gets out of the car in the parking lot, he DRAGS us as fast as he can to get inside!
You guys are great !!! Loki is very happy there.
When we first started coming there were activites and crafts everyday. Now the only events are food related or photo shoots. We miss the craft days and getting frequent report cards.

My dogs are always thrilled to arrive and genuinely sad to leave. They’ve made friends and, more importantly, have grown more confident over time. The staff is amazing—thoughtful, attentive, and completely at ease handling the dogs. It’s clear they’re well trained, calm, and skilled with high-energy pups. And as a bonus, my Aussie mixes are noticeably calmer at home, which absolutely saves my sanity!
Everyone is friendly. It seems well organized and they care about the dogs in their care.
I love everything about this place! The staff, the cleanliness of the place, they have fun activities and snack for the dogs. Not only do I love this place, my dog LOVES this place! He can hardly wait to get out of the car and in the door to start playing. He is exhausted when I pick him up! :) I also love the fact that they support a local charity. They are absolutely wonderful!!!

Love that it gives him a chance to socialize and be around other dogs, and people. I love how excited he is when we tell him we're going there and how happy he seems when he's there (I watch the cameras).

The team provides friendly, helpful service and is very loving to each dog. The facility is clean and large, so I know our dog will have a safe environment to enjoy. The schedule provides a daily structure with activities and play that stimulates our dog but also ensures rest so she comes home in a great mood and ready to relax. The use of crates in the middle of the day provided a more comfortable crate training experience for our dog because all the other dogs were doing it too. Also, we love being able to watch our dog on the webcam to see how her day is going.

Friendly, patient staff! Flexibility of scheduling for services. Good availability for boarding, spa, etc. Good communication about what is going on with your pup during the day (as needed). Great hours! 6a-7p during work week with availability on the weekend too (later drop off time, earlier pick up time for wknds).
We have a high energy hunting breed (translate: stamina for days), and he comes home TIRED every time! Success! I also think it's been great for his socialization, too. He constantly plays with a German shepherd, a great Dane, coon hound and his bfellow vizslas.
Meet and greet was wonderful. Staff is kind, patience and knowledgeable.
Everyone and everything about Dogtopia is awesome! The staff take good care of the pups and treat them like they are their own dogs. They seem to enjoy working there and always have something nice to say. The facilities are great. Everything is clean and well cared for. Every month we get a newsletter detailing the activities they have planned. Treat days are the best! Our pup can't wait to get there when we put him in the care and are on our way!
