Friendly staff and my dog loves it there!
Several times now we have been charged more than we should have, usually for a full day when he was only in for a half of a day. We've also been charged for a nail trim when there was no one in to complete it. I don't realize the error until afterwards because I don't get a receipt or anything at pick up. I usually realize the error later when I check my email
My fur baby is always excited to go, Staff is very friendly, professional, and accommodating!
We love the services that you offer, we love the kindness in everyone, and most importantly our dog loves going there!
Allowing us to pick up our dogs on a Saturday after hours. We appreciate the flexibility.

I love the people who work at Dogtopia and how well they take care of my dogs. They are so polite and so helpful.
We love how much the staff here loves on our pups. We sometimes receive personalized videos of our dogs while we’re on vacation, and that’s such an unexpected thing given they’re corporate- they’ve just never felt “corporate.” They also do a lot of other awesome things like themed event days to keep the dogs entertained and random personalized discounts here and there to help where they can. Love this location, thanks again for everything you do to care for our furbabies!!

We love the place because our dear Boby was having fun but above all he is in safe place, and the attention of the staff is very warm.
Missy the groomer did an excellent job! My dog looks and smells beautiful. I really like that Dogtopia offers a whole spa package which includes bath, haircut, nails, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning. We have tried other grooming places before and Dogtopia is the best by far.

The staff shows genuine love of your pets. The rooms are kept very clean. During the nap time, they make sure to again fully clean the entire room and again in the evenings. My dog comes back clean and happy. He gets to release all his energy while I’m off doing human things. It’s so much better than him sleeping all day and bored. I never found that fair to him and a walk just isn’t the same as this interaction with other dogs in a pack. He comes home happy and relaxed.

My dogs been attending dogtopia all year and we have been extremely happy. They have a friendly, engaged and reliable staff. My dog sleeps for like 2 days from just 1 day of play.
Excellent care of my dogs, they enjoy going to Dog Topia and come home exhausted.

Cleanliness! Stafff are always so excited to see my dog. Hours also work perfect for us.

I appreciate Dogtopia's flexibility, including being allowed to make spur-of-the-moment reservations, not being held to an exact drop off/pick up time, and the friendliness of all the staff. Our 2yo Lab was exhausted when she got home, and a tired pup is a happy pup... and Mom!!
