They were quick, efficient, helpful, and friendly. They always do a great job with taking care of our dog.
The people here are awesome and they take excellent care of my pup, Howie. He is obsessed with going to daycare and loves being boarded there as well. You can’t beat that they have spa services available and they’re always doing fun stuff for the dogs.
They take time to know your dog.
Facility smells heavily of animal urine and pet sometimes come home smelling similar. He often requires a bath upon returning home
I was extremely pleased with the service. The staff was the most attentive I've ever met. Very professional. They were very kind to the dogs. And most importantly, I left completely satisfied.

The location is great for us, the staff is friendly and very welcoming to our rather quirky Maltese. We are so lucky that they usually can accommodate him even if we've waited until the last minute to finalize our plans to leave him. He's not a very social guy but his experiences at Dogtopia have made him a lot more accepting of other dogs than he used to be.

Friendly staff and accommodating program. I usually always get an appt last minute. My dog is so happy when he arrives and very sleepy on the ride home I like when the staff greet our dog by name when he arrives. It feels like a second home for him

You seem to be all about the dogs and have a good set-up.i think she had a good time. The app is handy, including the web cam and scheduling. The prices are reasonable, and there are some sweet extras, such as optional treats.
They have a GREAT staff and my dog LOVES spending the day there.

I love how all of the persons at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. Service is so important and they check that box. I do need to mention one person by name and that is Jourdan. She is great and she shows to be very caring. Hats off to this location-Awesome!

We love this place they Take care of my Dog Maple Very well and we love the fact that they have cameras. The staff there is great and friendly and it is very clean there. 10/10 for sure!!
Dogs are well cared for, place is clean and sanitary, staff seems very pet friendly.
Everybody, from staff to other customers, were welcoming and nice. Having the webcam was very helpful too. The gift at the end of the day was a nice touch too!

We love everything about Dogtopia. The staff is all very friendly and clearly loves the dogs. The app is super convenient for scheduling and watching the webcams. The special photo event days are worth every penny. We are so happy to have a safe and fun place for our babies to stay while we travel!
They make sure the dogs are safe and are able to interact with others before even starting daycare. The staff is warm and friendly with the pets and the parents! My dog is SO excited anytime she goes to daycare!

My dog was filthy and stinky from sitting and laying in urine all day. There is urine all over the room constantly. The worker in his room looked frantic and stressed the whole time like he was overwhelmed. Too many large puppies in the toy box room with the small dogs. My dog looked nervous and scared of the big dogs when I watched on the Webcam.
