The staff are wonderful, and the facility is very clean.
It’s very hard to get anyone on the phone. None of the prompts take you to live person or allow you to leave a message.
I was surprised to find out after the fact that I was charged for a reevaluation of my dog.
I was also surprised that you all discarded his un eaten food — meaning food that you had not yet served him on his last meal.
I never got an email or text confirmation that his boarding request had been approved.

Very sweet staff, communication is great. I love that even at the last minute they are accommodating and allowing me to drop my pup off.
My husky liked to come and play with the other huskies there and the employees had good knowledge of the breed. Now the huskies are gone, the light is often off in the big room (gym), and the fun just seems absent. Been coming here for 5 years.
Booked with the groomer who had groomed my dogs for several years. Had trouble twice and then the last time the manager said she would give me a discount. She did not, she would not call me back, the groomer left, my dog was half groomed. So I had to book with another groomer at full price of course.
Sorry- your change in policies, lack of communication, lack of taking in huskies, the overall lack happiness, and employees bailing made me look elsewhere.
Perhaps you should go back to what you were doing. I suspect this business will close next year.
our dog is very happy here and looks forward to coming. We know that he is well taken care of when he is here.
I love having the ability to check in on my pup during the day through the Webcam and how attentive the staff is towards the dogs.

Awesome for last minute boarding!
It’s important to be able to trust the caregivers of our family dogs. Our girl loves her social time with buddies and is always excited to go to playcare. Being able to check in and view the video feed is much appreciated. Thank you for providing such caring service.
Staff are professional. Programming is well orchestrated (drop off times, limiting number of dogs in lobby, requesting day care in advance, answering questions for new families).
They are very kind to all the dogs and they took very good care of our dog.
The Maplewood Dogtopia staff is awesome, we have been bringing Mia there for 3 plus years and they hav ealways been top notch, the staff always greet both of us in a very positive manner and seem to love what they do, the manager Kalle is awesome to work with as are all the front desk staff

Staff friendly to dogs and parents
Many activists. My dog obviously likes to be there.
They took my pup when she was having an intestinal upset as an emergency kenneling because i was having surgery and had no one to watch her. They have a great staff that really love the pets. They took exceptional care of her and called me when they had a concern. The facility was very clean and someone is with the dogs at all times.

The trainers are great and the dogs seem happy and always engaged.
I do suggest that there be an outside gated area for bathroom breaks and play on grass.
Awesome customer service. My dog loves Dogtopia so much, he pulls me into the building. Excellent staff. They are professional yet very nurturing towards the dogs. Plenty of options for grooming, boarding , daycare etc. Facilities are always clean and tidy.
I bring my dog for grooming, daycare and boarding and know that he is receiving the upmost care and attention.
I was surprised to pick up Archie and fine his face still needing washing and his face and head very wet. I will say that Archie is a 64-lb labradoodle, who probably needs a lot of drying and brushing. That's the down side. The good side was that the rest of him was pretty dry and nicely blown out and he was happy and comfortable to be there, and that's very important. I'll go there again when my groomer isn't available. Very nice, friendly people work there, and they made Archie very comfortable.
I love that you love Stuart; he is always so happy to go. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about both the pets and owners.
