The staff is great. The cameras were so important to our peace of mind for boarding during our vacation. And every staff member seems to know and love our dog which lets us know that he is safe and well cared for.
I don't see anything to improve. It all seems to be ok. If you want "10" YOU think of how you can improve.

We use Dogtobia for maintenance baths and they do a good job.
Very professional. Our dog is reactive so has “special needs” and your team takes great care of him enabling him to still make friends and play with other dogs.

I’ve been in Nevada for six months now and decided that my pups needed somewhere to play and decided on Dogtopia Sun CityEvery single person at Dogtopia Sun city is Amazing. My pups have been going there for 3 weeks now and their behavior and happiness has improved so much just by getting exercise and socialization. Every time I get ready for work, they know it’s almost time to leave two to go see their friends.I don’t worry about them being in their care because I know that they are treating them with the most love and respect. Elizabeth is so amazing and I’m so grateful that she is there overseeing everybody and loving on my puppies as well. I can’t recommend Dogtopia Sun City enough.

I would love to bring my puppy for social experiments with staff near by.
I however cannot the cheapest plan bc of person struggling with bills otherwise I would keep my puppy coming back once a week.

Love this place. The people are nice and my dog seems to enjoy it.
I see one of the workers putting up barriers in front of him to keep the dogs away. That is not why I leave my dog there us to be blocked from human contact. I watch the cameras while my dog is there

More interaction with the dogs for structure and exercise.
The flexibility in scheduling. The variety of times for drop off and pick up and being able to call on the day needed if something comes up.
The staff is so friendly, and my dog is always excited when she arrives. They have the ability to feed her and give her a nap so I know she is well taken care of. I also love that I can watch my fur baby on camera at anytime. Their monthly themes are so fun too! Highly recommend the photos 😂

Dogtopia has been great! I love the convenience of booking my appointments through the app. The staff are very friendly and recognize my pup every time he comes in. When he comes home, he's happy and tired. It's been a great outlet for him since his sister passed last year.
