I use the dog daycare to socialize my puppy. I like how the play time is structured and the dogs are kept safe. I have only put my puppy in daycare twice so far, but it appears that the socialization and the guidance by staff is helping my puppy to learn good dog play etiquette.
Nice people, good job, close to my house -- great that I can walk there. Rather expensive though.

My dogs love Dogtopia! They get to be active and social when the weather is too cold and miserable to be outside. The staff is so friendly and I feel like they really know my dogs.
The warm welcome they give Rudy every morning that he comes in by staff. he is so Happy to go, get there and have fun.easy to set up his day, and time, and they do so many activists.

The clean and welcoming atmosphere when I walk in with my dog is welcoming. The fact that he runs in excited to go tells me the positive impact of the time he spends there. The people are kind helpful and engaging. It’s truly a great place.
I can say enough good things about Dogtopia Golden Valley! They take such wonderful care of my two pups! It's always so reassuring dropping off the pups and they are so excited to be there! Thanks for all you do!
I love our Local Dogtopia in Chester Springs. The satff go above and beyond to make your doggy feel like part of their family.
I have been going there for almost 9 years and would highly recommend them.
You welcome each dog by name and with enthusiasm; the dayroom is big and clean with various short tables for the dogs to jump onto and some toys for the dogs to shake; and I really appreciate the TVs in the entry where I can watch as my dog is welcomed into the dayroom by all the other dogs—it’s amusing and heartwarming.
Fabulous rates , attention to customers needs, polite to customers arriving at the premises, positive smiles, enthusiasms greeting all customers… appreciation for all your care mainly taking care of the furry clienteles.
Great space. Definitely cares for the pups and I feel comfortable leaving my canine companion there for a day of fun.

It appears that the coaches are very comfortable with different dog personalities. I like being able to see my dog on the webcam. Communication feels simple.
Pick up took 20 minutes waiting in the lobby. At other places I take my dog it takes about 5 minutes tops. Also, at $50 for a single day of daycare, the prices are just insulting
I took my dog there for a while but stopped. I don’t trust or like that they don’t have cameras for their boarding, every other boarding place around the country I’ve taken my dog to that is like this one does.
Additionally, after taking my dog there for a few months, I was informed my dog “was still having aggression issues that needed to be addressed.”
This was the first time I had been informed of it and they made it seem like it was something they’d spoken to me about before. Additionally, my dog may be a lot of things, but she has never shown aggression in her life. The only reason she would have would have been due to another dog or person invoking this response.
I warn people to stay away from them, for the amount you’re paying you can’t trust how they treat your fur babies.
Friendly staff who love my dog and I think they encourage her to play with the other dogs. She sleeps well after being at Dogtopia for 6-8 hrs.
They did a great job boarding our dog with separation anxiety. She ended up having a fun time.

my dog got kennel cough at your facility. 2500 Dollars and 3 weeks later, a letter was emailed to clients acknowledging the outbreak. Why did it take so long?

I became a dog owner during the pandemic and I have a pact that I won't leave my dog a whole weekend if I'm away working- which is always unfortunately. I had to be in San Diego for 10 days, so I drove here and brought my dog. Dogtopia Miramar made it super easy for the meet and greet and then I bought daycare for the days I'm here. Max came home happy and tired, and I even had to wake him up for dinner. He was very excited to go back today. Definitely recommend if you need a spot to take care of your fur baby...I can get all I need done and not worry about Max and that's great!

The associates are engaged with the dogs! You can tell everyone there loves dogs. I can bring custom treats for my pup that they will give him during nap (crate) time.
I can watch my pup via web cam. They have very flexible hours. They are very responsive to my questions. My vet was impressed with the facilities.
