When dogs are in boarding, there should be no fee to pick up the dog when the dog is only staying after noon to get a bath done. It is very annoying to pick up the dog between 12-2 and have to be charged the daycare fee even though we only wanted the bath. It makes us not want to have our dog stay there as much
All of the staff is friendly and caring. The facility is very clean. My dog is always very excited to go.

The staff is amazing and my dog is over the moon every time I tell him we are going to see his friends at doggy daycare. I have been taking my lab mix there for 5 years and he comes home happy and tired every time. They also trim his nails and brush his teach. Dogtopia is the best and worth every penny you spend!

Warm, friendly caretakers. Caring about and prioritizing the wellbeing of our dog, they were honest and told us he was stressed (he’s a real homebody) and would do better with a dog sitter in his/our home if we’re gone for more than a night or two. I greatly appreciated that they were concerned he didn’t handle the stay well

Always caring and professional
The staff is awesome, they are great with all the dogs. I like that I can watch the webcam to see what my dog is doing and how she interacts with the staff and other dogs. When dropping off my dog to dogtopia, she can’t wait to get out of the can and start her fun filled day, and what’s the most important part of her day is that she absolutely loves the staff, she greats them with lots of hugs and kisses.
The kindness and individual care for each dog. Enrichment and socialising activities needed for a happy pet is provided for at Dogtopia. The staff is very professional, informative, friendly and truly cares for each dog.
The people that work at Dogtopia are a treasure. Penny greets them with a wagging tail which says it all. I love the cleanliness and care that the facility is given. The cam relieved any doubts that I had about leaving my sweet pup. Dogtopia knows, I stands and demonstrates how important quality care for our four legged is.
