You truly love my dog and try to make her feel comfortable.
I love that they don’t keep the dogs caged up all day, but allow them to free run and play with the other dogs their size! I love that they give them a rest time in the middle of the day (in a crate away from other dogs) to give their brains and bodies some downtime. The rest time is also used for meals, and medicine.
I love that they know my dog, even after only a few stays: her personality, her likes, her dislikes! They really love her!
I love their membership plan that allows me to bring her a few days a week to socialize with other dogs under supervised care, even if I don’t have plans, I actually like to bring her! What’s not to love?!
Wonderful kind staff, who really care about our pets. When I bring my two dogs in for a play day,they can’t wait to see their other friends , they don’t even look back as they ho to play!!!🤗😂💕
My pup has gone to Dogtopia for about a year and a half. She has received wonderful care, and the staff is so caring and attentive to her, and very friendly to enact with! Ginger looks forward to going to Dogtopia, and that makes us happy!

I’m having issues with the app. For example, can’t book appointments for one of my dogs because it looks like she hasn’t completed M&G.

They are so sweet to Koa and he loves being there
It’s definitely the best money we’ve ever spent. We have two other big dogs and Koa is the youngest of the pack and he has way too much energy for my other dogs. Dogtopia has been a godsend!
Koa had a Fitbit on the other day and he ran 20 miles! That’s how amazing this place is he passed out for the rest of the night

A suggestion for improvement- have flexible half-day options instead of strictly 7-12 or 2-7. If we need to drop off our dog from 11-3 that should not cost the same as 7-7.
The staff is freaking fabulous! The whole place is clean, easiest drop off, dogs are beyond happy, exhausted….best place ever!!!
Everyone is friendly and helpful. Emma and Lucy love you all!
Friendliness and activities offered
The staff are very friendly, very attentive. They have a great mix of pups to play with! My little guy comes home exhausted after a day of fun!
The ease of scheduling appointments, the cameras in the play areas for checking the socializing (or not) of our pups, and the amazing fact that the staff knows us and which dogs are ours when we come to pick them up.

The Longwood Dogtopia is a fantastic dog daycare facility. The staff are genuinely concerned for every dog’s safety, welfare and happiness. This location does not over populate the play areas and they have very attentive staff who keep a close eye on the animals and pay attention to them as though they are their own.
I have experienced other Dogtopia facilities in other states and they are NOT all the same!! Longwood has been from the beginning and still is run extremely well!!! I’m hoping they keep it up!!! It’s a wonderful place .
My sweet poochon is so happy here. The new manager is someone you can trust. The staff loves our furry friends. So grateful for the location in Garden Home. Happy to write a review and mean it!

I found Dogtopias staff and service exemplary! I had many situations that necessitated to elongate my digs stay- Sophie and staff worked with me to accommodate all of my dogs needs - and address all my concerns . I cant thank them enough
My dog Gizmo loves going to Dogtopia to see his friends. When we get out of the car he drags me to the front door. I can see him on the cameras trying to get all the big dogs to play with him. I appreciate the experience of the trainers who are in watching the dogs so much. They know how to read dogs body language and know just what they need to do to keep Everyone happy. It’s such a cool place and I’m so glad we found them for our social dragonfly, Gizmo 🥰
