I love how easy it is to set up appts, check on my dog and get updates while we are out of town!
My favorite is the pics they send.
the friendly staff that cares for my dog
We have only taken our dog there twice but we completely at ease with the people that work there. He has a great time and gets to socialize with many dogs that have a great temperament. I highly recommend Dogtopia for your dog!
Everything, the staff cares for and loves all pets, don’t worry about my pup while there.
You get the job done
I love the way you all interact with the dogs and yet find the time to make each one feel special ! I also like the way your staff treats us humans as friends and family and the relationships we have built makes the trust factor multiply
We love that the facility is clean and safe as well as well planned activities for our furry pals !
Thank you for all you do we appreciate it and Lola is a happier pup because of her time there !!!
VERY FRIENDLY STUFFS AND CLEAN AND COOL BUILDING.
Dogtopia on beach Blvd. Is absolutely fantastic. They are the best place for your fur babies.
The employees truly care about our dog. She can run around and have fun while we are at work. She is excited to go and we can watch the puppy cam
to see what she is doing through the day. The facility is extremely clean. The drop off and pick up times are based on our lives. A 10/10.
Our dog is always excited to go to Dogtopia in the morning and relaxed when he comes back home in the evening. The staff clearly care about all the dogs and make sure they get to play safely together.
Bella seemed very happy to be there and the service was excellent
Friendly, professional, and organized facility.
My dog is interacting with other dogs and thriving! She’s excited to go there every time! Could not have made a better decision for her.
Operates w a set of rules, follow the rules all great. Dogs in and out - happy dogs, happy owners!
I have gotten my dog groomed there before but this last time yesterday he was absolutely phenomenal looking!
I love how friendly the staff is! I love how I can go on the app and watch Trapper during the day when I’m missing him. It is an extremely clean facility as well. When Trapper first started going there he was scared, it took a couple days and now he just runs into the back which lets me know he’s well looked after.
Everyone seems to really care about the dogs In the program. Employees are polite and patient. Facility is clean and best of all i can watch my fur baby have fun and enjoy his day.
We want our little dog to get exercise and greet other dogs without barking. We are satisfied even though she does bark some.
The Staff, you cannot find a more caring group of caregiver for your dog. They are always keeping the dogs their priority. Also they have the patience to keep the "parents" informed about their dogs behavior. My 1 1/2 year old rescue had not been socialized and the staff helped both of us through the process. They even video taped my dogs breakthrough moments when she started to play with other dogs.
Thank you
Yaya, Dana, Jenny and everyone I’ve met have been great. Hank seems to live it…
Staff is so great with our "lively" dog. She is treated well and comes home totally played out!
Dog was well looked after. Had a blast, made new friends, and got updates
I like the ability of the dogs to socialize and have fun
You look after our pups
Great friendly staff
Organized events and social media updated
I like the open play policy where the dogs are free for the majority of their day, and not locked up unless there’s a good reason. I also like that the owners are not required or even allowed to sedate their pets for boarding. I also love the webcam feature for the dogs during boarding.
Enthusiasm of employees
Cleanliness (including the smell!) of the facility
Ease of scheduling
Structure of playtime
Camera view of my pup
The way my dog acts when we arrive
The way my dog acts after we’re home from playtime- he has a bounce in his step, is more playful at home- I honestly think Dogtopia makes him happier
Everyone was super friendly and accommodating to us as we were in mid-move from another state. Easy to contact and gave us feedback on our pups. Would definitely recommend.
The facility is clean and safe for the dogs. The people who work there are great! They take good care of the dogs and are helpful and pleasant to us as we drop off and pick up our dogs.
Friendly staff and good facilities.
Everyone was very friendly. I really liked the ability to tour the facility and web cams give an added layer of transparency to pet parents.
