Such a great service. My dog Juniper loves her play time. Shes going on 2yrs old and is full of energy, so the time here is definitely needed. I love being able to watch her play throughout the day on the live camera. 10/10 recommend

Kiko and I absolutely adore everything Dogtopia has to offer! We love the playtime with the other dogs, the monthly calendar filled with exciting activities and grooming sessions. The staff is incredibly friendly and passionate about dogs, and their genuine love for them is evident in everything they do.
Every one there is very friendly and helpful. We are grateful we found them and love going there.
I liked the responsiveness. The communication and response time is very good. The staff was always very friendly. The 9 was only due to the webcams being down so frequently when we were looking to check on our dog while boarding.

Pricing is expensive, seems rooms are a little overcrowded at times
Itās a great place! My baby canāt wait to go. He loves it and feels safe there. He is a calmer boy and not as jumpy. He is loved and trusts the caregivers. They even trim his nails. Itās like his 2nd home.

Everyone at Dogtopia Bel Air is amazing. They truly care about every dog there.
Friendly staff and we like the activities and the way the dogs are broken into different groups.
While the employees are very nice, there are not enough of them at any given time. The place smells like dirty dogs and then my dogs come home smelling like urine and alike as well. It's very concerning they always have an excuse as to why a tour of the facilities is not available at that time.
Friendly staff, flexible about scheduling. Clean and well managed facility where all of the employees act genuinely interested in our dog. We have also used the boarding services for all of our dogs. Love the special events, treats and photos. Takes me back to when we had kids in preschool.

You have the best staff...caring, friendly, invitiing, and experienced in the many behaviors of our fur children.
The facility is always spotless and smells wonderful (and so does my pup when he comes out!).
My dog has NEVER been sick as a result of his daycare visits. I know it happens and is near impossible to prevent (just like a sick kid going to school!), but your team takes such incredible precautions and care to make sure our pets are in the best of care.
Our dog Charlie is very stubborn and fearful of everything - but he is at the door ready to go as soon as I say "daycare?" He knows exactly where he's headed and is excited about it. This is a first from the 4 day care centers we've used. He's a nut case when we pick him up becuase he's excited to tell us about his day. He obvioulsy has a LOT of fun because he snores so loud we have turn up the volume on our TV!
If I could give this location/team 100 stars, that would be more accurate. I love my dog so much it's ridiculous and I am so relieved that I have such a wonderful place to take him so I can get on with my daily routine.

Everyone is so friendly and seems to genuinely like their jobs. It puts me at ease knowing I can trust my dog at Dogtopia. Appointments are easy to make as well.
Itās been great bringing my dog in. Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care, which makes a big difference. I havenāt had a bad experience so far, and I always feel like my dog is in good hands when heās there.
One thing I really appreciate is how communicative the staff is. They always give me updates when I pick him up, and if they ever notice any concern, like redness in his skin or ears, they let me know right away. Anytime there has been any issue, Iāve been contacted immediately, which gives me a lot of peace of mind and shows how closely they pay attention.
The agility days are definitely a highlight, and I love getting a message when theyāre about to start so I can pull up the app and watch if Iām available. Itās also a huge plus that I can check the cameras whenever I want. The spa services are another added bonus and make everything even more convenient. Overall, I feel like my dog is well looked after, closely monitored, and cared for throughout the day, and that level of attention really stands out.
Everyone is so nice and welcoming. My dog is so happy going to Dogtopia and gets to burn off some of her puppy energy! She is a therapy dog and loves her play days here! Thank you for being so good to my puppy.
