All the staff was wonderful! This was my first time using the Blackhawk facility as I’m from out of town. I would certainly return and recommend the Blackhawk Dogtopia to friends. It was a great experience and I felt that my dog was well taken care of.
Clean, fun environment. Coaches are GREAT!! I have a friend who now brings her dog and they both love Clifton Park Dogtopia too!!!
Ability to drop off early. Everyone is fantastic and very accommodating. You can tell they really love dogs.

The owner and all of the staff take wonderful care of Atticus. They treat him as if he was their dog. They are friendly, loving and patient with all of the dogs entrusted to them. They have fun activities for the dogs and Atticus always comes home tired and happy 😊 Atticus because part of the Dogtopia family quickly, and I appreciate and trust all of the canine coaches. I can't say enough wonderful things about them!
Indoors, air conditioned, floors instead of turf, cameras and super friendly staff.🐾
My little Ozzy just loves it here. They take such good care of him. When we pull up he can't control himself with excitement to see his fur friends and all the employees
Our small Aussie, Annie, was handled wonderfully; patient, encouraging, and very kind. My concerns about her having a scary time were banished right away. The building was very well kept. All the staff were outgoing and friendly. I plan to take her back weekly, and try one of our other 2 dogs soon.
I wanted to share some feedback from our recent visit to your Dogtopia location. I hope you will take this in the constructive manner it is intended.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and odor of the facility. When we entered the lobby, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell. More concerning, when we picked up our dogs after daycare, the odor had transferred to them quite noticeably. We had to wipe them down afterward, and even then, the smell lingered for quite some time.
We travel frequently with our dogs and, because of the nature of our work and travel schedule, we have used several different Dogtopia locations while out of town. We have generally had very positive experiences, so we do have other locations to compare this experience with. Unfortunately, this particular visit was noticeably different and was not a pleasant experience for us.
Because of the condition and odor of the facility and how strongly it remained on our dogs afterward, we are very unlikely to return to this location or recommend it to others.
I wanted to share this directly because we have otherwise appreciated the convenience and experience we have had with Dogtopia as a company, and I hope the feedback is helpful in addressing the issue.

The staff, play areas, the personal attention my pet receives and I’m comfortable leaving her overnite.
My pet has a special diet and I know that is given to her appropriately.

Lobby too fragrant with air freshener, too many dogs in a small space, no access to outside, poor cleaning with mop when a dog pees, so much barking, needing to crate some dogs secondary to over population, took so long to retrieve dog quickly upon pick up.. why?, leasing other dogs taking them away from exit to get our dog, 40$ meet and greet fee is excessive, Raegan was nice, whatever our dog was wiped down with was powdery, not a pleasant place.
Very clean, pet friendly, great customer service, and reasonably priced dog kennel and dog grooming facilities!
everyone is very friendly and I think the spa services which I used to give my pitbull mix baths are reasonably priced and easy to get an appointment
I continue to have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the love they show Stanley. He always pulls me into the lobby and doesn't hesitate to head back to the playroom. He can be an anxious guy so seeing him react that way lets me know he feels comfortable there and is treated well.
Recently there was a change to the loyalty spa discounts that was very disappointing. It went from a $25 recurring spa credit every month to a 10% discount. The credit used to cover his monthly nail trim package and save me $18/month. Now, I would only save $1.80, which is a significant decrease. Even the $70 deshed bath would only be discounted $7. I figured the policy would change at some point but didn't expect the loyalty discount to drop this low, especially for the Forever level.
